RACE 1 - 12:27PM AFL Masters Handicap (1550 METRES)
MORE REWARD gets her chance here up in trip after doing her best work late behind Anphina and the further she gets, the better she is suited. MERCHANT BOSS was game on debut behind Anphina here on the Parks. He draws to lead, will make his own luck early and should take running down in the small field. FREE VINO will appreciate getting out in trip from 1300m to the 1550m after chasing home Commander Meroo last time, LINES OF GLORY made ground on debut in the same race. ANNIE'S EYES battled on debut a Donald, but the stable goes straight for the blinkers.

RACE 2 - 1:02PM Furphy Handicap (1950 METRES)
MOSCOW RED is unbeaten in two starts since joining the David Jolly stable and gets in well here with the claim for Sophie Logan. She gets in well with the claim and must be respected. ICHIBANSAN is going well and was only grabbed late by Exalted Ruth last time. KING'S CHARISMA draws a nice gate and brings some solid Victorian form here and the Maher/Eustace stable must be respected. TRUMPSTA was good making ground in the Exalted Ruth race, and he has a good record here. MAGICAL RIDE is on the back-up after winning the Mindarie-Halidon Cup last weekend. She maps well.

RACE 3 - 1:37PM Thomas Farms Plate (1000 METRES)
POMPEII EMPIRE resumes here and was 4th behind Prairie lower at Morphettville on debut. He ran 2nd in a recent Morphettville jump out and should take some beating here. SEVEN SECRETS is also resuming and finishing 7th in the same race before being speller. He was placed behind Super Sharp at Gawler on debut. LAKE TITICACA is on debut for the Clarken stable and won a Morphettville trial earlier in the week. She draws out but must be respected here. PINCHBECK was sent out favourite on debut and settled behind the speed and was a touch flat footed running 3rd behind Lancelotto at Murray Bridge. ANJOPIN stuck on well first-up behind Livin' Loose at Mindarie-Halidon last weekend.

RACE 4 - 2:12PM Fleurieu Milk Company Handicap (1250 METRES)
Good little race. MANHATTEN TIMES resumes here and is a horse with a lot of upside. He gets back and runs on his races and had a tendency to roll in late which arguably cost him winning a couple of very nice races last time in when placed behind the likes of Ironclad, Champagne Dreams and Seradess. He hasn't raced since the Goodwood and has the talent to win this first-up. I AM BENE is the fit horse and a mare with a lot of talent. Her Caulfield win two starts back was very good coming off the speed to win before she sat closer and was battled late behind Kissonallforcheeks in the G2 Lets Elope last time at Flemington. MELBA STORM is a winner at her only start here last March and did defeat Outlaws Revenge. She draws a gate and must be respected. RIVER TWAIN is unbeaten in two starts this track and trip and maps well. IMPROVIDENT is the other watch. He was a huge drifter at his SA debut before being heavily backed to win at Balaklava last time.

RACE 5 - 2:49PM Spring Carnival at Morphettville (October 8th - November 5th) Handicap (1400 METRES)
Interesting race. A couple of nice mares resuming in the form of RESIDUE who showed good improvement in the Carnival running 5th in the Chairman's Stakes before being placed behind Illation in the Guineas and THE MAP is another resuming from a good Carnival, and she was placed in the Auraria Stakes before and was spelled after making good ground behind The Amazonian in the SA Fillies Classic. They'll both be better over further and run into some hard fit horses like IMPOSSIBLE ACTION is racing well running 4th behind Unlaced at Morphettville last time and draws a good gate. Likewise COOL MAGNUM was too good for Kong here last time and must be respected. EYES NEVER LIE finished 4th in the same race and has been around the mark. FOX GEM was good running 2nd behind Improvident at Balaklava last week but draws a wide gate. TRITON RISING won a trial at Balaklava earlier in the week.

RACE 6 - 3:29PM The Junction Handicap (1000 METRES)
GREAT DIVINER draws a nice gate and gets the blinkers on for the first time. He is a two-time winner here and was good late behind Noname Lane last time out. GAZE GRISE is a nice mare who was too good for Diamonds before being thrown in the deep end behind Snapdancer in the Sangster. She maps well from a good gate and jumped out nicely early in the week. Stablemate THOMPSON'S REWARD has been close-up in three runs back from a spell and he has a good record here on the Parks. KEEP READING has the blinkers off here and was good after leading when 5th beaten 1.6 lengths behind Noname Lane last tim3. DARING MOVE was strong late to run down SOLAR GALE but draws wide. RIGEL STAR was good beating Wotuwant here last time and must be respected from a good barrier. ANGEL LIKE regained winning form last time.

RACE 7 - 4:09PM The Fotobase Group Handicap (1000 METRES)
THE GOV is a former Kiwi first-up for Shayne Cahill and trialled at Murray Bridge back in May. He's jumped out very nicely for this and the money is there to suggest he runs a big race. COURAGEOUS HEARTS has been a model of consistency and comes off a good win here beating Daunting Decision. The wide gate is a concern here on the Parks, but he has upside. LOCKDOWN SALLY resumed with a gritty win at Balaklava when she raced on seed and fought off Storm Hunter to win. She draws a nice gate and can roll forward and take beating again here. RICH GINA resumes here and was impressive winning her only start here back in March. She's jumped out smartly since and must be given some thought. SEA WITNESS draws wider but comes off a good run when he led here and was only grabbed late by Angel Like. JIMMY'S EDGE comes off a Balaklava win beating Sophina Diva.

RACE 8 - 4:49PM Quayclean Handicap (1550 METRES)
GRACEFUL EAGLE is a progressive and followed a couple of luckless runs with a smart Balaklava win when he weaved a passage between runners to get over the top of Briabella. He draws towards the inside and is going to have to do something similar here but the jump to 1550m should be right in his wheelhouse. TURFITT was good here last week winning softly over the well tried Salt Bay. She's drawn the car park but should be in the finish again. IMPOSING SUSPECT got back and powered home to win at Murray Bridge last time and draws an inside gate. NEODIUM draws a nice gate, gets a 3kg claim and the blinkers go on. He wasn't beaten far first-up, still has plenty of weight but must be given plenty of thought. EXALTED FIRE was good behind Turfitt last time, PITRAIN comes off a Murray Bridge win beating Good Approach.

RACE 9 - 5:25PM Grand Syndicates - Join Team Grand Today! Handicap (1250 METRES)
Plenty of chances here. NANA DULCE is racing in great form and was a winner here three starts back and then proved too strong for SCENIC HOST, who meets her 2.5kg better at the weights here. Both draw out and should be in the finish. COMMANDER MEROO has been good in all three runs and was strong late getting over the top of Imbibe here. He drops back in trip slightly and also draws out but should make his presence felt late. SALT BAY was backed off the map last week and looked to be cruising before peaking on her run behind Turfitt. She might well be worth another ticket. VALENTIGRA is watch on debut for the Alexander stable. She was with the McEvoy stable and can figure in a race like this. VICTORY CLUB stuck on well when beaten 1.6 lengths behind Ultimate Victory last time. TUPOLEU has a good record here and will appreciate the drop in class after chasing home Jimmy The Bear at Moonee Valley last time.
