Australian thoroughbred Tab meetings are today held at Benalla,  Wagga, Gatton and Pinjarra.

BENALLA: RACE 6 @ 4:00 PM

POCKET CHANGE (3) has had three starts back all in town and hasn't had the best of it. He's ready to fire now and is a fourth-up winner. Too good finding his best. SONOMA COAST (9) won as expected on debut and did it with authority. In the premier barn and he's sure to keep improving. KEEFNEEDSAFEED (7) is in a top barn and impressed winning the Maiden on debut. He will also keep building and has a handy 2kg claim. TOYZ ON FIRE (5) won at this level and then was out-graded in town. Has been freshened and draws well. Fitter and can't be ruled out.
SELECTIONS: Backing Pocket Change.

WAGGA: RACE 8 @ 5:35 PM

PARTICIPATOR (3) did not cope with a couple of testing tracks at his last two starts in much tougher fields than what he meets here. He is two for two on a good track and has had a trial to help prepare for his return. He does look to have the class edge on this field. On top. SAIKO (7) is working his way towards another win and was making up plenty of late ground last start when finishing runner up here a fortnight back. The step up in distance is ideal and he is to be included in all combinations. PINDARRA'S DREAM (6) was not beaten far at Randwick last start and was close up in two prior starts. Her record at this distance is of some concern but with the right run she is capable of finishing into the money. SMUGGLER'S RUN (4) won fresh up and looked to be set for a good campaign, but the wheels have somewhat fallen off in two subsequent starts. He is much better than that and his stable has changed his gear around again. Allow one more chance. Include.
SELECTIONS: Participator to win.

GATTON: RACE 8 @ 5:00 PM

TURBOART (1) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign, finishing just a nose from the winner in second over 870m at Toowoomba. With further improvement likely he could prove hard to beat. SECRET CASH (13) tackled city class latest when fifth at Eagle Farm, finishing 3.4 lengths from the winner. Faces a far less daunting assignment this time. Big chance from the inside stall. ELUSIVE EAGLE (1) was a fresh winner three back and only missed by a nose last start over 1100m at Dalby. Capable of going well. DON'T DISS AROUND (9) was racing well before the break. Keep safe fresh.
SELECTIONS: Turboart to peak and win.
