COFFS HARBOUR: RACE 4 @ 3:00 PM

ALL TOO QUICK (4) was far from his best first-up when resuming off a long lay off. Is a second-up winner and is drawn to advantage. Hard to beat this time. QUKES (10) turned in a much improved effort at the latest and was unlucky not to score when beaten a head at Ballina. Tougher task but is in good order and gets weight relief. JACINDA BELLE (11) returned with a bang to get off the mark here last start. Similar assignment and is drawn better. Can go on with it. EXOLAY (1) has struggled to make an impact in her two runs back but is a winner over this trip and is from a smart stable. Expect an improved run. SELECTIONS: All Too Quick to win.

MORNINGTON: RACE 3 @ 2:50 PM

Keen on ALASKAN STORM (1). She's had a few chances but is knocking on the door and all three runs this time in have been good. She was beaten as favourite last time out at this track and distance but rates highly and should go close. MISSISSIPPI MAGGIE (9) started big odds on debut at this track and distance but ran well above expectations, finishing just half a length away in third. More experienced and can win. TEMPESTARII (7) wasn't beaten far at Wangaratta second up despite running fifth and gets her chance to break through from an ideal gate. SUBCULTURE (6) made some improvement at her second race start at this track and can continue to do so here. SELECTIONS: Alaskan Storm to win.

NOWRA: RACE 2 @ 2:11 PM

HOWLING VICTORY (6) is close to her top now fourth up and has been a touch unlucky at her last couple of outings. Much better run when found the line well to run second over 1400m at Corowa on December 28. Gets a soft draw again and the booking of Penza is a bonus. The one to beat. TRIANON (10) is still a maiden after six starts and tends to get back in his races and be ridden for luck. Drifted out the back and never a serious contender when 4th over 1200m at Moruya on January 2. Gives the indication 1400m will suit. BATTLE AWARD (2) was taken back from the wide gate and never a wining prospect when sixth in a 1200m contest at Sapphire Coast on December 27. Expecting a much better run over this trip. PEAK CONTRIBUTER (1) is a son of Contributer out of Mizen Peak making his debut for the Joseph and Jones stable. Placed in a recent trial at Canberra and market moves should be closely monitored. SELECTIONS: Howling Victory to win.

SUNSHINE COAST: RACE 7 @ 4:37 PM

CHAYSE 'N' ARTIE (7) ran a good figure at Eagle Farm over the mile and then held that beaten a nose here this trip bet a 4-5 favourite. He's well-placed in this line-up and makes strong appeal. TORQUE LEICA STAR (15) won the Maiden comfortably here from the back. She can sit handier today and can make a place. SERENADE THE CAT (13) comes back 220m and has had one blip in a run of solid efforts. Draws for the run of the race and Orman staying around to ride interests. EUREKA'S VICTORY (4) value at odds. SELECTIONS: Backing Chayse 'N' Artie to win.

WARRNAMBOOL: RACE 2 @ 1:55 PM

AWOL (1) didn't have things go his way on debut in town when well supported. This race should suit better and John Allen stays on. Look for him to bounce back from a forward position in running. BEATTY (2) will take plenty of benefit from an even first up effort following twelve months away from the track. This trip should suit and he's in the mix. MIRA FLORES (6) has placed at two of her four career runs to date and is capable of sharp improvement second up and out in trip. The yard warrants plenty of respect. MEDINAH (3) ran an even effort on debut when in the market. This race looks suitable. Don't take lightly. SELECTIONS: Awol looks well placed to bounce back.
