Head of Corporate Services and Legal Advisor

Angela Gunton is Head of Corporate Services and Legal Advisor for Racing and Sports ('RAS') Angela has attained degrees in both Law and Biological Sciences at the Australian National University in Canberra, along with additional qualifications in Human Resources and Management.

Angela is passionate about maximising business effectiveness and fostering a positive and productive workplace. 

In 2005, Angela joined RAS as a HR Advisor and Administrator and commenced as Head of Corporate Services in 2021. Prior to joining RAS, Angela worked for a top tier law firm in Australia as a Human Resources Advisor. Angela brings a broad skill set to RAS, together with significant experience in the operation of small and medium sized entities, scaling and growth, risk management and management of daily operational issues.

Angela also provides strategic advice on business, legal and human resource matters to the executive team at RAS.
