Three-year-old filly Lucky Can Be created a good impression winning well on debut. She settled in fifth place and travelled nicely before switching deep rounding the home turn. She hit the lead at the 100m and went on to score comfortably by a length and a half. It was a good effort and she is a filly to watch. Fastbeat and Cashenti, also fillies racing on debut, performed well, both running on nicely from the tail of the field to finish second and third respectively.
