The Kris Lees-trained three-year-old filly Luna Snitzel looks quite promising. She followed her debut second at this track on 28 December with a smart, late-closing win in this Maiden Plate (1400m). She settled seventh on the rails, switched across heels shortly after straightening and came with a good run to score a strong win by just over a length and a quarter. She seems suited to further still and should progress to better things. *ANZ
