TRIAL POINTERS

WARWICK FARM March 17: The 6YO mare LADY BROOK is a six time winner and retains her zest for competition with two recent trials pointing to her racing well when she resumes. Sprinted keenly to the line from off the pace to win her 799m heat (47.03; 33.05) and while it was a narrow margin there was a lot to like about her work over the last 100m.

ROSEHILL March 13: UK bred 4YO ALTIVO was having his first trial since he won his first two provincial starts over 1250m and 1500m in October and November and it's obvious the Hawkes team have plenty to work with. Worked well within himself to finish a soft fourth in his 900m heat (54.92; 35.28), running through the line with plenty to offer in the style of a horse set to rise quickly through the classes.
