A nomination to Hellbent topped the fundraiser for Dean Holland's family, which preceded the Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale on the Gold Coast on Tuesday.
Damon Gabbedy's Belmont Bloodstock paid $40,000 for the privilege of a visit to the son of I Am Invincible, which was donated by Yarraman Park.
Fourteen other stallion nominations were auctioned with a total of $323,500 raised.
Belmont Bloodstock also paid $35,000 for a visit to Starspangledbanner, Newhaven Park paid the same amount for a trip to In The Congo, while Kambula Stud went to $30,000 for a visit to Pierata.
The fundraiser was put on primarily to aid the family of Dean Holland, who tragically died after a race fall on April 24, leaving behind a partner Lucy and four children under the age of five.
The farms who offered the nominations also have the option to donate a portion of their proceeds to the National Jockeys Trust to support all jockeys who have suffered misfortune in their line of work.
Australian Jockeys' Association representative Des O'Keeffe was blown away by the support from the breeding industry.
"It's an extraordinary outcome, an absolutely unbelievable outcome of generosity and support from Magic Millions and from all the farms involved and, of course, from the bidders as well," O'Keeffe said.
"The amount raised is just over $320,000 and for Lucy, Dean's partner, and importantly for her four children – Harley, Luca, Franklin and Lily – there's a 20-year plan that's in place for their future.
"Days like today, generosity like today, is going to play a massive part in those four kids' futures and we're very privileged to be here representing Lucy and Dean's parents Darren and Belinda as well."
