Suvaljko continues his regional dominance with treble in the cart at Central Wheatbelt

In form reinsman Shannon Suvaljko continues to dominate the country circuit, with a driving treble at Kellerberrin on Sunday.

With her last win at the Central Wheatbelt back in August 2022, Batavia Streamline broke a 25 start with Shannon Suvaljko driving the seven-year-old to victory in race two for trainer Lang Inwood. Working their way forward from barrier six on the front line over the 2130m distance, Suvaljko pressed forward and after being three wide for the first 500m, taking the lead to win by 1.6m in 2:01:2.

The second of Suvaljko's win came up in race three with the $1.24 favourite Tux And Tails getting the job done, giving Lang Inwood a training double on the day. With a dominating win over the 1730m sprint trip, the pair led all the way, bringing up the six-year-old bringing up his 12th career victory from 66 starts, breaking a 15-start losing sequence since his last win in January earlier this year.

The $8,000 S M Elliott Memorial for the 3YO's went the way of All Is Well for Kat Warwick and Shannon Suvaljko, giving Suvaljko the final instalment of his driving treble on the card. The three-year-old made it two in a row, bringing up his fifth win in just his 19start career, coming from the one-out-one-back position to win by 1.6m in 1:58:6 over the 2130m trip.

"I feel every time I go into a race I plan my race, moves on things that I think will happen, and also have a plan b, c and d,

"I can't stress it enough to Emily, know the race plan it out in your head, where you will be running where can you win the race from, detail it, but I noticed when you are out of form, you don't do this,

"So hopefully I keep taking my own advice." Suvaljko joked.

Bold Jackie took out the first on the card for Christine Worrall and Kyle Harper, with the four-year-old leading all the way to win by a half-neck margin.

Jane Steer prepared Ya Bettor Followme for the win in race four on the card, with the $2.40 favourite coming from well back in the field, hooking three wide with around 500m to go, to win by 3.7m for driver Trent Wheeler.

Hayden Reeves and Donald Harper joined forces on the day for a double, with Crowded Reactor making it two from three for the stable. After sitting in the breeze, he was able to come out on top over the race favourite by a head margin, with a winning mile rate of 2:00:0 over the 2130m journey.

Dukes Empire broke through for his maiden win at start 20, rounding out the program and the second leg of the Reeves/Harper double on the card. The four-year-old by former locally stood stallion Follow The Stars, with the $2.30 favourite coming from behind in a great finish to beat stablemate Peeping Tom by a head on the line.
