Hanshin Race 10 - #4 Big Caesar 

Promising colt resuming from a spell. After placing at first two starts led throughout with a dominant maiden win three back. Last two starts he has sat off the speed and knuckled down strongly, digging deep both times and scoring at each as well to make it three on the trot. He can return today an even better prospect and looks well placed in a race with plenty of early speed to stalk the lead.

While this is his tougher test to date he is on an upward spiral and can measure up again today.

Ballerina also resumes and appeals as a danger. The filly was a dominant debut winner then placed in Grade 3 company before she was safely held that same grade before a spell. She resumes in easier today and should be further improved off her first campaign.

Hanshin Race 11 - #7 Grenadier Guards 

Smart Frankel galloper resuming from a break. Although claiming just three wins from 12 starts. most of his career has been spent at the top level. He is a Grade 1 winner from five tries at that level, including a trip to Royal Ascot just two starts ago. Last campaign he raced just once when runner-up in the Grade 2 Hanshin Cup before another break.

And although yet to win fresh from seven fresh-up tries, he has placed four times and most of those have been in tougher class. This is the easiest contest he has tackled for 18 months in fact, and can record an overdue win with Mirai Iwata in the saddle.

Promising galloper Aguri looks the main danger. The lightly-raced galloper has won his last three, the latest here at the same journey. This is his toughest test to date but goes very well fresh and is progressing well. She should measure up.

Hanshin Dirt Race 6 - #3 New Diaries 

Honest galloper resuming. Has started seven tomes for a win and six minors and looks well placed here fresh. Has a win and three minors from four tries at the course and has placed 4/4 at the journey. He has also placed 2/2 fresh. Mirai Iwata takes the reins for the first time and he is expected to be in the finish again.

Lord Rhapsody is fitter for two runs back and looks ready to win. He found the line strongly last time for fourth and his best figures stack right up to this race. If he can run up to last start he should go close this time. 

Nakayama Race 9 - #9 Golden Hind 

Promising filly resuming. Has raced four times, scoring her maiden three back when leading throughout before placing in open class the next start. Last time out she tackled Listed grade and although gave a start boxed on well for fourth.

She resumes today in easier grade and its worth noting her worst figure is the envy of her rivals today so expect her to go close with even luck.

Nishino Kofuku is close to a win and looks the main danger. She was runner-up in a similar race last time after drawing a wide gate and looks well placed here to feature again.
