Hanshin Race 7 - #6 Satono Helios 

Lightly race galloper who looks well placed. Resumed from a spell in a tougher assignment and after settling just off the leader boxed on well but found one better. That figure was a fraction off his best but augers well for today's race. With further improvement to come, he could well touch a career high this time but looks to have most of these covered on the fresh-up result.

Winning rider Mirai Iwata is back aboard and off a decent draw will give a sight again.

Tranquillite wound up nicely last time and looks tough to hold off. He stepped p to 1800m and after spotting a start got home well for a close-up fifth. In a similar race he looks a definite danger.

Hanshin Race 11 - #3 Liberty Island 

Talented filly resuming. Has started three times for two wins and a placing and all at the mile. Finished off last campaign in the Grade 1 Juvenile Fillies Stakes and after settling midfield loomed up and ran right away from her rivals for an effortless win.

The daughter of Duramente has improved her ratings at each of three runs and while boasting the best figure in this field with her latest success looks to have plenty of upside. She has drawn for a soft run and looks hard to hold out while fresh.

The unbeaten Light Quantum looks the immediate threat. After claiming an effortless debut win she stepped straight into Grade 3 company and was too good again before a break. Likely to have come on further, she looks well suited at the mile and has drawn alongside the favourite.

Nakayama Race 7 - #1 Speed Of Light 

Promising filly who gets chance to return to form. After winning on debut the filly has raced in stakes class at her next three, the latest when second-up in the Listed Anemone Stakes, where she led until late before being swamped and finishing a close-up fourth. That followed on for a placing in the Grade 3 Fairy Stakes while fresh.

The filly drops many classes for today's race and will carry the same weight and has the inside draw. She rates to win in this grade and will go close if producing any of her four career figures.

Tres Blanche is another promising filly who resumes and looks the biggest danger. She has a win and two minors from three runs and looks well placed over the mile here fresh. She has drawn to go forward and will give a sight.

Fukushima Dirt Race 10 - #13 Urakawano Kiseki 

Honest type in good form. Aside from two unplaced runs on turf, overalls career stats are very honest for this filly. The last two, in particular, in similar races, are good for today's assignment. After winning fresh the filly tackled 1200m at the Nakayama Dirt and was there until the finla stages but found one better.

If she can run up to that figure here on her first look at Fukushima she will go close again.

Alba Minoru looks the biggest danger. He resumed over 1000m and with a win in a slightly easier race at Kakura with Yuji Tannai aboard for the first time. He retains the mount today and the entire will strip fitter for the extra furlong.
