A juvenile maiden kicks off Seoul's autumn season and seven of the twelve are racing for the first time. (3) GLOBAL POWER has raced twice before, improving to 3rd at the second attempt on August 13th when settling midfield and running on. It was a good time and from a good draw, he can get closer today. There is not much to choose between him and (1) DREAM SKY, who enters with very similar form. She has a 5th and a 3rd from her two appearances to date and will be expected to be on the pace from the inside gate here. She has every chance of going all the way. Moon Se-young aboard a first-time starter is always going to attract plenty of attention and (10) DAEWANG SOCKS finished off his trial very well having been slowly away and then sat at the back throughout. He looks the pick of the debutants. (5) CUPID SWING and (2) BIG SMART others to keep safe.

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1000M) Allowance / KRW 60 Million

The second division of the juvenile maiden and this time eight of the twelve are first-timers. Once more we'll side with experience and (5) POWERFUL SOCKS, who has raced twice before, settling right back both times and then running on. He should have come on for those experiences and with a bit more improvement here, he can win. A couple of debut0makers caught the eye in trials. (7) G MOTION held his own on pace in company with some experienced runners, stopping the clock in a fair time and with an apprentice claiming 2kg, can be a danger first up here. (3) MOONHAK EDEN won her trial and from a good draw is set to be on the speed here and can make a bold showing. Returning to the experience, (11) EIFFEL TAP and (6) GEOMEUN JILJU are others who can improve.

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (1200M) Allowance / KRW 40 Million

Three-year-old maidens this time and it's hard to look too far past (7) BEST FALCON. She has steadily improved across her latest three culminating in a runner-up finish over this distance in an all-filly affair on August 13th. She has the fastest time among these at the distance, she likes to be on pace and once she hits the front here, she may prove hard to catch. (8) DEVIL K has also shown promise in her latest couple including a close 3rd place last time out over this distance in a good time. Her only bad run so far was on debut when she was slowly away and got too far back but she should be running on strong here. (2) MAGIC JUDE has a couple of places to her name already. She returned from eight months out on August 27th to run an on-pace 3rd at this distance and from a good draw, can challenge Best Falcon for the lead. (3) MY GONGJU will go back and run on and has already proven he can place while of the three first-time starters, (10) LEEWOLMA, runner-up in a late July trial, looks to have the best chance of making an immediate impression.

Seoul Race 4: Class 6 (1200M) Allowance / KRW 40 Million

While we usually side with experience, we are going to take a chance on one of the two debut-makers here. (8) HANGANGUI GISANG was so bad in his first trial that he failed to qualify but he looked a totally different animal when reappearing on August 26th to lead his heat from gate to wire and cross the line in a fast time. If he brings that kind of form to the races, he has every chance. On the experienced side, (5) DONGTEUJA WAY is the pick. He comes in off an on-pace 3rd place over this distance in a quick time on August 14th and a similar run will put him in the finish again. (6) BICHUICA was also on the speed as he recorded his best finish to date in 2nd place over this distance on July 9th. He comes in fresh after two months and can be a danger again. (1) PURGE DAY ran twice last year with a 2nd over 1000M in the second of thm. He reappears here for the first time since last November but looked very well in an August trial and is worth keeping safe first-up. The consistent (7) ALL FOR YOUR DREAM is another with minor money claims.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

It's been a while between drinks but (2) HUIMANG CHAMP looks ready to win again. He has two 3rd place finishes among his latest three outings including a fast time over this distance on a muddy track on August 20th. From a good draw he can settle handy here and could be hard to hold out late on. (1) MAGIC CONCERT comes up in class and distance having won well on debut over 1000M on July 23rd. He settled midfield before finishing off very well and should be able to measure up in this company. (9) MENI GOLD returned from eight months out to run a solid 4th over this distance on August 20th. She should have come on for that run and if back to close to her best, she has winning chances here. (3) KING MOUNTAIN and (12) TEUKBYEOL others who can enter the calculations.

Seoul Race 6: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 40 Million

Fillies and mares only here. (6) GEUMA CHIC is yet to win in five attempts but has run well at this distance including a very close 4th in a tight finish two starts back at this level. She can be forgiven her latest over 1700M a month ago and today could be her day. (12) SINHAN TEUKSONG is the primary danger. She has finished no worse than 5th in five outings to date and has a 4th and a 3rd in two attempts at this class. She has been on pace in both of those but when she won, she settled midfield so the gate may not be too much of an issue and she can go close again. (8) TROT QUEEN is another who needs her latest effort forgiven when she failed to make an impression from the widest gate over 1200M. She comes up to this trip for the first time and it may suit. (1) BEST MAD CAM comes up in class but under a light weight can be competitive. (5) SMART BYEOL among others in the placing frame.

Seoul Race 7: Class 4 (1600M) Allowance / KRW 60 Million

(4) FOREVER KHAN was a winner at this class over 1700M two starts back before running an on-pace 4th on his latest at that same trip last month. His front-running style should suit the mile and he is drawn well to lead here and go all the way. (9) MANSE is not drawn well but enters with recent form reading positively including a runner-up finish last time out over 1800M. An apprentice takes his weight down here and he looks competitive. (1) TITAN SOCKS gets the plum inside gate. He didn't make an impact from wide over 1800M last time out but regularly placed at this class and should go close today. (8) OKRYONG and (3) COMPLETE BRAVO are among others to consider for the places.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(4) WORLD CHARM is rapidly up in class having a 2nd followed by back-to-back wins in three starts so far. Both those victories have been gate-to-wire, the latter in a fast time at this distance. He draws well, comes down in the weights, and he can complete his hat-trick here. (7) CHOEGANG JANGSAN is also up in class after a win and a 3rd place finish on his latest two at 1300M and 1400M. He has run fast times at this distance and comes down a full 5kg on his latest outing which could make him competitive today. (2) HYPER CAR comes back in trip following a 3rd and a 4th in two starts at this class, both at 1400M. From a good draw, he can sit handy here and run on. (12) MAGIC GRACE and (3) LAST PUNCH among others in the hunt in what looks an open race for the minor money.

Seoul Race 9: Class 3 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(3) SPRING KING beat three of these on his way to victory at class and distance on August 14th when sitting handy throughout. He draws well here and an apprentice claim keeps his weight the same as last time. He has every chance of winning again and will be the favourite. (12) MOONHAK SHEBA and (11) MONSTER K came home 3rd and 2nd respectively when they raced each other at this class over 1200M on July 2nd. Monster K followed up by running 3rd behind Spring King in that August 14th while Moonhak Sheba resumes for the first time. The draw does neither any favours but both look nicely in here and Moonhak Sheba especially looks to have scope for improvement. (9) THIS CHALLENGE and the up in class (6) HEUNG DREAM are others to look out for.

Seoul Race 10: Class 2 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 90 Million

(8) GO UP beat four of these when overcoming gate ten to sit handy and win at class and distance on July 30th. She only comes up 1.5kg in the weights and will be favourite to follow up here. (3) RAON FASHION led for much of the way around in that race only denied by Go Up in the closing stages. He comes up 2kg but draws well to lead again and can be in this a long way. (7) WONDERFUL RUBY is up in class following a good win at this distance on August 20th when handy throughout. She has a light weight, Moon Se-young climbs aboard, and she can measure up in this company. (1) LUCKY BEOPJEON and (6) MUNHAK FIRE are among others in at least the placing frame.
