The Carlos Laffon-Parias-trained filly showed a smart turn of foot to clear away under Maxime Guyon for a commanding two-length success over market leader Sauterne (3/1F).
Kelina finished one spot behind Sauterne when the pair were third and fourth respectively in the Group 1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches at Longchamp last-time-out.
The Wertheimer-owned daughter of Frankel holds an entry in the Group 1 Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot later in the month.
Ottery relishes step up in trip to win Prix de Royaumont
Andre Fabre's fine recent run of form continued as Ottery (6/1) stayed on strongest to land the Group 3 Prix de Royaumont.
The Juddmonte-owned filly disappointed in a 1m2f conditions event at the same venue last start but showed what she was really capable of when coming with a well-timed run under Bauyrzhan Murzabayez to mow down the Aidan O'Brien-trained favourite Boogie Woogie (11/8F).
The pair were over five lengths clear back to the third and this daughter of Dubawi should have plenty more to offer in middle-distance three-year-old fillies races this season.
Perdika pips Vicious Harry to earn Bauyrzhan Murzabayez a quickfire double
George Boughey's good weekend continued as his filly Perdika displayed a tremendous attitude to narrowly get the better of Vicious Harry in the Listed Prix Marchand d'Or.
Perdika had already shown a liking for France when winning the Listed Prix Ronde de Nuit here back in March and arrived following a good second in the Group 3 Prix de Saint-Georges.
The daughter of Unfortunately travelled strongly behind the leaders before narrowly hitting the front inside the final furlong. George Boughey's filly was made to pull out all the stops by Vicious Harry but always looked to be doing enough in the closing stages and eventually prevailed for a head success.
Game Run gets ahead late on
The final Group race on the card, the Group 2 Prix du Gros-Chene, went the way of Game Run (20/1), who battled on gamely to deny UK-based runners Get Ahead and Marshman.
Patrice Cottier's unexposed four-year-old was dropping back to 5f following a decent second in the Listed Prix Servanne at this track in May. This task certainly represented deeper waters, but the son of Olympic Glory proved he was up to the task by staying on strongly to deny Clive Cox's Get Ahead (11/2) by a nose.
Ready Group 3 Prix Sigy winner Marshman was all the rage in the market, but Karl Burke's 15/8 favourite couldn't quite sustain his challenge and finished back in third.
Having enjoyed a Listed victory in the prior race with Perdika trainer George Boughey would have been hoping for further success courtesy of Believing, but the Highclere-owned filly lost all chance when rearing in the stalls and losing several lengths.
