RACE 1 - The Fotobase Group Handicap (1000 METRES)

DOC O'CONNOR was well backed to win on the Ballarat Synthetic. He was tried in good 2yo races last season, draws a gate, and looks the one to beat here. KUSU was a soft Murray Bridge winner before going to Flemington when beaten 4.6 lengths in the Poseidon Stakes. He gets some weight relief and a middle gate and should be in the finish. HALLSTATT was strong through the line winning here last week and gets the inside draw, SUPER SHARP worked home well against the older horses last start and must be respected here. WICKLOW LASS was a Bendigo winner on debut back in March and is fitter for one run back.
SELECTIONS: 2 DOC O'CONNOR, 1 Kusu, 3 Hallstatt, 4 Super Sharp
PLAY: Something on DOC O'CONNOR.

RACE 2 - 12:22PM Canadian Club Handicap (1300 METRES)

DISAGREEABLE MISS is the horse I'm keen to follow out of the race. She won two of her last four at Gawler and finished 6th in the Nitschke Stakes behind Illation in between before a spell. She jumped out well at Murray Bridge early in the week and happy to back her each-way. PALATIAL PRINCE gets the blinkers on from a good gate and came off the speed to win well at Ballarat on the synthetic two runs back. He looks well placed in a race like this. DEEVINE comes off a good win back in class. He gets some weight relief, a good gate and should be in the finish. EAST INDIAMAN has been solid in two runs back from a break.
SELECTIONS: 2 DISAGREEABLE MISS, 4 Palatial Prince, 1 Deevine, 8 East Indiaman
PLAY: Something on DISAGREEABLE MISS each-way.

RACE 3 - Thomas Farms Maiden Plate (1300 METRES)

Not a race I'm keen to play in. ANOTHER PONZI has been solid in both starts the latest running 3rd behind Sghirripa on the outer track. He draws out but the extra trip appeals. PRETTY RELIABLE has been placed at both starts and just missed when 2nd behind Nostriya last time out. WANALOAN was placed in a Balaklava trial behind Sweet Marlene and must be kept safe. THIRSTY GUEST has been to the trials on three occasions ahead of his debut for the Clarken and MacGillivray stable. He draws a nice gate. ROCK DEE JAY was runner-up at three starts and resumed with an OK effort running 7th at Bendigo. He draws out but must be respected.
SELECTIONS: 3 ANOTHER PONZI, 12 Pretty Reliable, 14 Wanaloan, 8 Thirsty Guest
PLAY: Watching on here.

RACE 4 - Adelaide Galvanising Industries Handicap (2400 METRES)

SOUS LES NUAGES was favourite at Pakenham two starts back before a nice effort pulling good ground off Unique Artist there last time. SO BENE was a touch one paced on the heavy track behind Make It A Double at Gawler. This is harder but she can figure at odds. MUNTHAM MISSILE has a good record, and she was impressive winning by 2.8 lengths over DIXIE WHISTLER, who draws wide, last start. SMILING ASSASSIN was good in the same race and his recent record suggests he's going to be in the finish again even with the big weight.
SELECTIONS: 2 SOUS LES NUAGES, 7 So Bene, 1 Smiling Assassin, 5 Muntham Missile
PLAY: Something on SO BENE each-way at the odds.

RACE 5 - Aramis Handicap (1250 METRES)

KONG has been racing very well and stuck on strongly behind Sixbysixtythree last time. He has never won in seven tries here but gets in well after the claim and looks well placed. ULTIMATE VICTORY comes off a good run making late ground behind Improvident at Balaklava. He has plenty of weight and draws out but will be strong late. TIME RULER is a former Kiwi who ran OK first-up in Australia when beaten 3.5 lengths behind La Danseuse at Sandown. He draws a nice gate and Todd Pannell rides. COMMANDER MEROO gets an inside gate and claim. He was strong late beating Imbibe last time and must be considered. OUR DEEP AGENDA gets some weight relief and was close-up behind Howl last time at odds.
SELECTIONS: 1 KONG, 4 Ultimate Victory, 9 Time Ruler, 6 Commander Meroo
PLAY: Backing ULTIMATE VICTORY each-way at the price.

RACE 6 - The Junction Handicap (1250 METRES)

Victorian LAFARGUE was a good winner over Parisienne Monde here last time. He draws a middle gate and looks the one to beat again. SPARKUP looks a danger. He's been around the mark and his best form is right up to winning a race like this. He draws the perfect gate and gets a claim. PICARGO was narrowly beaten behind Howl last time out, he draws out but should be right there in a race like this. MY KHALIFA was a Murray Bridge winner three starts back and comes off a placing here behind Heywood. DANAUSTAR was a Swan Hill and Sandown winner in June/July and draws out but should be thereabouts. ALSVIOR can run a cheeky raced here from good barrier. SAMESYN has been around the mark, SHORT STORIES drops back in trip here and must be respected.
SELECTIONS: 5 LAFARGUE, 1 Sparkup, 4 Picargo, 9 My Khalifa
PLAY: PICARGO is over the odds.

RACE 7 - Furphy Handicap (1550 METRES)

YURI ROYALE comes out of the Balaklava Cup when he finished strongly beaten just 2.2 lengths behind Noname Lane in the Balaklava Cup. He draws a middle gate, gets in OK after the claim and looks the horse to beat. TERRITORY TITAN still has plenty of weight after the claim but was back to his best last start leading throughout to be Palani. He draws out but knows only one way and that's to roll forward. MORTY resumes and has a good fresh record. He can run a cheeky race here from a good barrier. FRANCE'S BOY has been in good form beating Unlaced here three starts back before running 2nd at his past couple. He gets in OK after the claim and should go well. OATH OF OMERTA resumes, he is a talented stayer who competed in the Adelaide Cup and draws a nice gate for his return. Stablemate EXALTED FIRE was good behind Turfitt last time and draws a middle gate. FLIGHT DECK ran well behind Ultimate Victory first-up from a short break, ALLUSION backs up here after chasing home Neodium last week.
SELECTIONS: 4 YURI ROYALE, 1 Territory Titan, 5 Morty, 2 Frances Boy
PLAY: Keen on YURI ROYALE.

RACE 8 - Grand Syndicates - Join Team Grand Today! Handicap (1400 METRES)

ZOULAH was super in the Balaklava Cup when 2nd behind stablemate Noname Lane. She drops back to the 1400m here but the form out of that race has stood up well already and she can take some beating here. SIXBYSIXTYTHREE found the lead and was never headed beating Samesayn on the outer track last time. He draws out, gets some weight relief, and will take beating. MONTIGN has won six on end and came from a mile back to beat Hinto Blue at his first run back from a let up. He draws a middle gate and can't be underestimated. WINGS OF PASTRAMI has been very good in both runs back. She almost landed some big bets first-up when 6th behind Montign and was again strong late behind Hidden Legend last time. The 1400m looks ideal. BOLD STAR has run well his past two the latest when 5th behind Melba Storm last week. SEBONNA draws a good gate and has a good fresh record. LORD VALDIVOSTOK is fitter here but has plenty of weight and will need another run before he starts to fire.
SELECTIONS: 9 ZOULAH, 3 Sixbysixtythree, 5 Montign, 11 Wings Of Pastrami
PLAY: Backing ZOULAH each-way.

RACE 9 - MRALD Family Handicap (1400 METRES)

SERENAUR was spelled after winning at Albury on a soft track back in May. He's won a couple of jump-outs ahead of his return and he's going to give a race like this a shake. STADIUM OF LIGHT is favourite in early markets, and she was solid behind Headphones at Murray Bridge last start. KOMACHI has a handy record and was a winner second-up last time in work. SMART CHARGE flashed home to win back in class last time out and she is capable in a race like this. EMINENCIA draws a good barrier and must be respected along with WHEELS OF COURAGE who is fitter.
SELECTIONS: 2 SERENAUR, 4 Stadium Of Light, 1 Komachi, 11 Smart Charge
PLAY: Something on SERENAUR each-way.

RACE 10 - Spring Racing Carnival at Morphettville - October 8th - November 5th Handicap (1000 METRES)

POINT BLAZE resumes here and her form was very good last time in around the likes of Morvada and Calypso Reign. She maps well, gets the claim and looks perfectly placed first-up. RODEO worked through the line well first-up behind Daring Move and has a good record this track and trip. EL SALTO has been runner-up at his past two since winning at Echuca and has the inside gate. MAGIC MAX is more than capable in a race like this and was good behind Wolflands at Murray Bridge two starts back. GLOCK ran well first-up in SA and draws a nice gate and THE MAGISTRATE comes off a good Murray Bridge win.
SELECTIONS: 7 POINT BLAZE, 12 Rodeo, 6 El Salto, 4 Magic Max
PLAY: Keen on POINT BLAZE each-way here.
