Race 1 - 2:20PM FURPHY PLATE (1000 METRES)

3. Introducing has only the one trial behind him over 740m but he went stride for stride with Platinum Jubilee and stuck his head out on the line. Given this is only 1000m that shouldn't be such a big deal. Draws well and should have every chance.

Dangers1. Big Demeanour was a $500,000 purchase and has trialled on a number of occasions with the best of them his latest when second at Warwick Farm three weeks ago. Dam was a Group 1 winner and he's by I Am Invincible. Keep safe. 7. Helldancer has done nothing wrong in her trials leading in, she did run up to win the latest of them only to go down by the bob of the head. Has barrier one and any support will be significant. 2. Capital Heart was a firmer in betting on debut and led but weakened in an 1100m maiden three weeks ago. Did trial strongly prior to that first start so might be worth another chance.

Race 2 - 2:55PM DRINKWISE PLATE (1200 METRES)

8. Pereille has been costly going under as favourite in all four starts and certainly had his chance when outgunned here two weeks ago. Fitter for that and unless a first starter is above average he has to be the horse to beat again.

Dangers6. Mission Ridge was ridden out the back in his January 27 trial then taken to the front and led all the way in his last a week ago. Given a nice grounding and it wouldn't surprise to see him in the finish. 2. Cool Jakey has trialled up quite well on two occasions with a win last month and he was stoked up when running second to Sports Legend last time. Keep in mind. 1. Givara has three seconds from four starts all at provincial level. Awkward gate but fitter for a couple of trials and stays in the mix.

Race 3 - 3:30PM TAB PLATE (1200 METRES)

7. Outlawed has the blinkers on after her second-up defeat at Newcastle as favourite. She made her run with the winner but just found one better. Draws ideally for the first time in her three starts and should have no excuses.

Dangers: 1. Divots was in the market on debut and had a wide run when a fading fifth at Canterbury on a heavy track. That was about six weeks ago and she's been back to the trials for a win since. Entitled to be in the finish. 8. Secaution showed something on debut here back in September and spelled after failing at Newcastle off a wide gate. Plenty to like about her latest trials and she could surprise. 4. I Am Jade hasn't shown up in her trials but she was competitive in her first three starts all on wet tracks. Respect James McDonald riding here and she is a place chance at least.

Race 4 - 4:05PM MICROPHONE FIRST YEARLINGS HANDICAP (1600 METRES)

3. Eau De Vie looks ready to win on the back of a luckless third at Canterbury last start. Held up for a run at a vital stage in the straight and once she got to the outside she was very strong late. No harder here and is a leading chance.

Dangers1. Hollywood Hero has been beaten as a short priced favourite at his last couple at Canterbury and at Kensington last week. Blinkers go on this time and has the claim for Dylan Gibbons. No reason he couldn't go one better and is a logical danger. 5. Gorgeous Zara had good support on debut at Kembla in a 1400m maiden and shapes as though a mile will suit. She's open to improvement and wouldn't be overlooking her. 4. Air Bentley led and was just worried out of it late at Canterbury but he's another that's not far off a win. Eau De Vie was third in that race. Include in the chances.

Race 5 - 4:40PM EXCEEDANCE'S FIRST YEARLINGS HANDICAP (2400 METRES)

5. Oz Legend might be working up to a win having improved sharply at his last two. He was strong late at Kensington three weeks ago over this trip in a small field and in a wide open race he's one of the major chances.

Dangers3. Oceanic Flash comes through the same race where he was just unable to run down the winner Whangaehu. He's a consistent type and won't find this any tougher. With even luck he's in the finish. 2. Tip Of The Spear has been an eye-catcher at both starts since arriving in Sydney. He wanted to hang a bit in his fourth at Rosehill a month ago over 2000m but with two runs under his belt now and up to a trip that should suit he's entitled to fire. 7. Tycoon Charger has struck top form since stretching out in distance in Class 1s in his last two. Obviously harder here but while in such could form he could measure up.

Race 6 - 5:15PM BOWERMANS HANDICAP (1600 METRES)

5. Aravene did enough late when resuming at Randwick to suggest a mile with blinkers back on should suit her. She was a second-up winner last time in and gets a 3kg drop on her first-up run. She should be hard to hold out.

Dangers7. Major Beel carried 60.5kg to a Class 1 win first-up at Newcastle and it was a hard fought one at that. Step up in trip is ideal and he did perform well against some handy three-year-olds in the spring. Go well. 3. Journalism was a shade slowly out at Kensington last week and that didn't help his cause though he just battled at the finish when third behind Wategos. Racing well and down 3kg so if he can step with them he should be in this a long way. 1. Regal Pom is another who rarely puts in a bad one and he followed a narrow defeat here with his Canterbury win two weeks ago. Claim helps and he's one of the chances.

Race 7 - 5:50PM ACY SECURITIES HANDICAP (1200 METRES)

2. Rupertaar has been racing well without winning in stronger company and she'd only need to reproduce her placings to Dehorned Unicorn and Po Kare Kare to be in the finish of this. May have just found 1300m beyond her last time and she's a good each-way chance.

Dangers7. Noble Conqueror, who raced just as Conqueror last prep, gets another chance after a solid, and shade unlucky, first-up fifth at Kensington three weeks ago. That was at 1400m so not sure the drop in trip suits but not willing to drop right off him yet. 13. Air Of Alsace campaigned on wet tracks last time in and raced well though did put in a couple of poor runs. Fitter for a couple of trials, drawn nicely and could be a surprise packet. 9. Standing Order has been gelded this prep and has the blinkers on after a trial win at Randwick two weeks ago. Failed badly on a heavy 10 at his only start in the spring and spelled so overlook that. Beat Cadetship and Wollombi in his maiden win so has some ability.
