The Prix de Cadran winner had been backed into 9-1 for the Jack de Bromhead Mares' Novices' Hurdle last Thursday but faltered and finished fifth, following which Kehoe publicly criticised the father-and-son team of Tony and Danny Mullins for the tactics employed. Since deleting the tweet, he has expressed his regret, stating it was a spur of the moment decision and that mistakes were made.

Tony Mullins, the trainer of the mare, has said there has been no harm to the relationship between Kehoe and himself, despite the criticism. He explained that Kehoe had been very excited before the race and it was only natural for him to be disappointed afterwards, and that the two have known each other for 40 years.

Princess Zoe will now be headed for Fairyhouse next month, where she is set to run in the Grade 1 Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Hurdle Championship Final. Mullins is confident the extra few furlongs will suit the mare and reiterated his son Danny will keep the ride.

He added that the mare has the ability to run over any distance, and he is looking forward to Fairyhouse.
