LUCKY SUE (5) was back on track just beaten here third up. It was a strong effort from the back and she can sit closer today off a better gate. Hard to beat with Chris Parnham sticking. INDIE RULER (4) returned to racing improved. Has a low barrier and a handy 3kg claim and looks the danger. HOTORIO (7) resumes off Listed grade and owns a solid Lark Hill trial. Keep the filly onside.

WANGARATTA: RACE 7 @ 4:00 PM
SAVVY SOVEREIGN (8) led them up before running out of condition first-up. Will be improved by the outing and is expected to give this a shake. OCEAN RAIDER (7) has figured in the money in six of his eight starts. Has trialled in preparation for return and should not be left out of calculations. ZOUTELLUS (9) is returning from a break. Has a sound first-up record but doesn't win out of turn. Suited fresh here and can run well. ALFOIL (10) should be at his peak following two runs from a spell and is worthy of respect in this line-up.

COFFS HARBOUR: RACE 3 @ 2:25 PM
The well-related SHOW ME YOUR LOVE (1) wasn't too far away at Kembla Grange when resuming and will have come on since that effort. The form she showed when last in work was full of merit and is expected to play a major role in the finish. READY ENABLE (8) is having his first run for the new stable and any market confidence must be respected. Can run a race while fresh. BALZANDO (4) put in an improved performance when second at Kempsey last time out and will be near his peak now. Top-three candidate. HASALAKE (3) doesn't win out of turn but is usually thereabouts and is one for the exotics players. CLIFFSINGER (6) is trained on course and may earn some minor money.

GATTON: RACE 6 @ 3:40 PM
Competitive. PRINCESS BOJACK (2) resumes and rates to win if presented on-song. She's sharp fresh and has trialled well. Finds easier and has a small claim and likes the heavy. DREAM WEAVING (7) missed a lip this trip at Ipswich and is knocking on the door. Has a low gate and plenty of weight relief and is a chance. SEQUESAY (6) won the 70 first up this distance and can build on that. Draws out but has early speed. She's also a player. COMMANDEERING (5) has been racing well at the provincials and is back in grade with a handy 2kg claim. In the mix. SELECTIONS: Backing Princess Bojack.
