MOONEE VALLEY

One of Melbourne's metropolitan tracks, Moonee Valley is the host of the famous Cox Plate, Australasia's WFA championship in October. The greats win this race. They also have other G1s like the Manikato and Moir Stakes for the sprinters. MV also is the night racing venue in Melbourne and that Manikato meeting has been run as a night meeting prior to the Cox Plate.
