Canterbury: Race 4; #10 Kundalini 
She brings standout form and figures to this maiden race and is well placed under set weight conditions, however she is coming into this of a long spell and has a wide gate. Further, I felt her recent trial could have been better where it looked as though she was really asked for an effort throughout.
Canterbury: Race 5; #4 Sweet Baby Boom
Gets a jockey downgrade after the win last start and although will get a similar run throughout this is much tougher with some inform fillies and mares engaged.
A very easy lay for me, Belmia. She has missed the start on all six of her career runs and her one trial and two jumpouts leading into this preparation. I have the opinion that being on-speed will be advantageous today and with Helix/Extratwo and to a lesser extent Von Hauke being on or near the pace, I'd be shocked if Belmia could run past all three of those horses in run.
Doomben: Race 3; #6 Russian Sub
Has to be a query at the trip, and with the wide draw suspect he will have do some work. Have to be against if stays around $5.
GREYHOUNDS
The Meadows: Race 10; #1 Dishonest
Believe it or not, even in a four dog field and the inside draw, Dishonest isn't suited to this draw. She tends to want to get to the outside and could lose valuable metreage trying to hook around these three dogs to get to her optimum pattern. So, that's not a great recipe and I'm happy to take her on.
I would have been very keen on Redeemer Blue but in a chaotic race at Sandown Park last start he was verging on running into the crowd to join in with two other dogs marring, but nothing was mentioned in the Stewards Report. If his mind is on the job he would win this but I have this in the back of my mind that he could lose focus again, hence the leaning to just laying Dishonest and bet with caution if you must on Redeemer Blue.
