Rockhampton: Race 2; #6 Andromache
Andromache appears vulnerable on track debut. The son of Stinger Noir has built a solid record thus far having placed in all five starts to date over the 460m at Bundaberg including breaking the maiden last start.
Despite this, he now steps up in grade to this novice contest and has drawn awkwardly in box six with speed outside him from both Prince Danube and Like A Girl. He bumps into Atomic Ripple who appears drawn superbly in the red and recently went 20.11 at Capalaba which should translate into a sub 24 second run here which will win this race.
