I'm against Watadeel, in what appears an even race, he will be out the back near last on what I expect to be an on-pace dominated day. All his main rivals, Faretti, Dashing, Tasman Park and Substantial should all be in the first half of the field and it would be a monster effort for Watadeel to run over the top of them.

Randwick: Race 4; #1 Iknowastar Down Arrow

While Iknowastar was an impressive winner last start, it was on a day where it was extremely beneficial to be leading, and it was in a much weaker race than this. There are a few chasers here that should be able to reel it in.

Balaklava: Race 2; #11 In Her Sights Down Arrow

I have In Her Sights marked at double figures here and will need to improve 2-3L to win this race. Went honestly last start and has drawn well here, just not at the level of the first couple here.

Ipswich: Race 3; #5 Helikedempretty Down Arrow

Maps suggests it will have to do a bit of work to cross, and thinking it will be weak at the end of 1200m.
