Magic Millions' National Sale is less than a fortnight away from commencing and another Group 1 winner has been added to the broodmare section of the Gold Coast offering.

Affaire A Suivre, the daughter of Astern who won last year's Australasian Oaks at Morphettville, is now a part of the supplementary catalogue for the race fillies and mares catalogue that will go under the hammer on Tuesday May 28.

The Ciaron Maher-trained four-year-old joins the likes of Last Saturday's Group 3 Cummings Stakes winner En Francais, Stakes winners Dolphin Skin and Miss Ella, Gimcrack Stakes placegetter Repose and Pure Paradise as the latest supplementary additions.

They will be offered in the same part of the catalogue as 10-time Group 1 winner Imperatriz, who was last month added to the catalogue and is expected to challenge the Australian record broodmare price of $5 million.

The race fillies and mares section holds down Day 1 at the Gold Coast, to be followed by two days of selling of some of the world's most valuable broodmares.

"We can't wait to welcome vendors, owners, prospective buyers and thoroughbred lovers to the Gold Coast for the National Sale," Magic Millions managing director Barry Bowditch said.

"The line up across the seven selling days is outstanding; from weanlings to race fillies and broodmares to yearlings eligible to be paid up to the world's richest sales-based race series.

"The original catalogue was already world class and now the supplementary catalogue has taken it to another level.

"To have almost 200 stakes winning or placed lots in the National Broodmare Sale is phenomenal."

The National Broodmare Sale follows two days of the National Weanling Sale on Sunday and Monday, May 26 and 27.

The National Yearling Sale will be held on Tuesday June 4 and Wednesday June 5.
