Plenty of racing on the NAR circuits on Tuesday, with five meetings around the country. Morioka, Nagoya, Mombetsu, Kanazawa and Kawasaki all play host so without further ado, here are our best bets of the day.

Nagoya Race 11 #6 Ark Frigate

One of the better races on the cars at Nagoya and I'm confident Ark Frigate can be winning. This mare is racing well and her last two starts have her rating clear of anything in the field. Shes finds a race where many of his rivals are out of form and if he can hold her performance from last start she should be very tough to beat. #7 Sammaru Delight looks to be the main danger- he's a three-year-old colt against the older horses who has the figures to challenge at his best.
 

Mombetsu Race 3 #2 For Bell Way

A race for the two-year-olds over 1000m here and For Bell Way has shown the most talent in his short career. Initally tested in a newcomer race, he was okay when running midfield on sloppy ground, but improved his rating significantly last start when down in grade, running second by 0.3 lengths. This race looks even easier on paper with nothing in the field having matched that level yet, and given he's only had two starts, he can continue to improve. Should get a nice run behind the speed and be winning.
 

Mombetsu Race 12 #1 Fly All Days

Staying at Mombetsu and waiting until the last to back Fly All Days, who is coming off a last start failure when beaten over 12 lengths as a $1.60 favourite. He's much better than that and I'm tipping he bounces back strongly. His win prior here over 1800m was excellent and rates very well against this field, as does his second placing prior to that. He steps up to 2000m here which I can't see being an issue and I'm happy to trust his starting price from last start. #7 Tokyo Drive looks his main danger, bringing the best last start rating into this. He's typically quite consistent and should be in the finish.

Kanazawa Race 3 #1Whistle Bait

Handy little race at Kanazawa and Whistle Bait looks the logical one to beat coming off back-to-back victories at this track and distance, both in dominant fashion. The three-year-old filly has won both starts for new trainer Toshiyuki Takahashi but does face her toughest test to date. I'm expecting her to be favourite but we should get a decent price with others in the field possessing the ratings to be competitive. #6 Samurai Vacance actually rated narrowly higher two starts back and will take running down, but I think Whistle Bait will continue to improve and keep her winning streak alive.
