NAR racing continues Wednesday with Ohi (Tokyo City Keiba) spearheading the day's racing with what should be a competitive Conditions race between the boys over 1600m. Kasamatsu and Sonoda are the other meetings going ahead, with each of the venues offering appealing betting opportunities.

The form has been done, so let's get stuck in.

Kasamatsu Race 11 - #1 Kiso

Siding with the in-form Hiroshi Sasano stable here and their three-year-old Kiso. With the stable on fire boasting a 28% winning strike rate from their last 50 starters, the filly once again reunites with leading hoop Tatsuya Watanabe - who is also shouldering an impressive 28% winning strike rate from his last 50 rides. Piloting Kiso to victory at the latest, Watanabe will have the option to either bounce straight to the front and lead his rivals from the inside draw or opt for a more conservative position behind the pace. It was a confidence boosting win last start and I have full trust in the stable that the sharp rise in trip won't be an issue.

Sonoda Race 3 - #1 Derma Goshenite

In what looks a competitive Class 3 contest over 1400m, it's Kazuya Sakamoto-trained Derma Goshenite who gets the nod. Sure to face stiff competition from runners like Resilience Ai and Clever Bird, the five-year-old is drawn to advantage on the inside and takes plenty of benefit reuniting with hot-hand hoop Tomohiro Yoshimura. In a race void of early speed, Yoshimura has the option to dictate proceedings or get a cosy run in behind the leaders. Should prove mighty hard to keep out.

Ohi (Tokyo City Keiba) Race 6 - #4 Direct Flight

Finding himself a long way off them when straightening at the latest, Direct Flight made good in-roads late to find the placings. Stripping fitter fourth up from a spell, the six-year-old entire once again reunites with talented jockey Taito Mori who has won four times aboard. Direct Flight relishes this track and trip with five of his six career wins coming here. Profiles to run really well.
