RACE 1

BILLY ELLIOT – Draws well on the weekend with one of the leading jockeys Bruno Queiroz in the saddle. Finished fourth behind a nice horse on the Poly track last time in Summer Wind and can improve of that run.

FLYING FIGHTER – He hasn't placed in his six starts here in Singapore. Gets a moderate barrier draw on the weekend for Nunes and had excuses last start when racing wide.

OTAHUHU – Broke his maiden last start when in a weaker field and now must carry 59kg on the weekend. Could surprise but will need to bring his best.

ANYWAY – Won well last start in this grade and has more race experience then most of these. Will need to push forward from the outside gate. Going well.

RACE 2

ACE NINE – Huge run last time out in open maiden company finishing second, should take natural improvement now coming into this field. Great barrier and Nunes sticks aboard. Main player.

SPIETH HEROINE – She races well over 1400m and stormed home from the back of the field last start and had excuses the whole way up the straight. Can put in a peak performance here.

CITYGOLD LIGHTNING – Finished third last start in restricted maiden grade, now comes onto the turf and steps up to 1400m. Good draw and Curatolo is in the saddle. Watch betting.

BOARDROOM – Loomed up as a chance last start and just peaked on his run. Should get a soft run from the barrier and is still getting settled here in Singapore.

RACE 3

JING JIN – He has put in two of his best performances of late. Sat on speed last start and boxed on down the straight. Gets Nunes in the saddle again and will push forward from the outside barrier.

SCHNEIDER – He is going well. He has a strong turn of foot and can be very competitive in class 5. Queiroz is back in the saddle this weekend and he shouldn't have any concerns from the barrier.

BIG DAY – He has slowly been improving up to the mark and now finds a weaker field to finish closer. He will drag back from the outside gate but can fly home. Apprentice claims. Okay.

BOSS HENG HENG – Last start winner in this grade when leading all the way. Similar race here with the same level of opposition. Obtains a great barrier and can go close again. Watch betting.

RACE 4

IN ALL HIS GLORY – Returns to class four and over the same course and distance that saw him win back in November last year off the same rating. Trainer always has him firing off this mark.

SMART STAR – Has finished behind the talented Makin his last two starts on the turf but gets back on the Polytrack where he is one for one at this course and distance.

STAR NORTH – Very subpar performance last start that wasn't his best but seems to have bounced back from that poor un and looking to give him another go here. Has ability and drawn well.

TENNET TENTENNET – Has risen up the ratings since winning his first race back in December and scoring on two more occasions since then. He continues to improve and looks an each way play in this.

RACE 5

FOUNTAIN OF FAME – He will one of the leading chances in this race and is very consistent on the Poly track. Will need to roll across from the outside gate but should go close.

SIRIUS – Ran well two starts back behind Pacific Charm and just faded in his most recent performance. Should get an okay run from the draw and Queiroz is onboard.

HEY BOSS – Will drag back from the gate but can power home on his best day. Still looking to get amongst the placings but is lightly raced.

THE STAR – A couple of nice performances in his career. Gets the in-form jockey Ryan Curatolo in the saddle and had a recent trial. Okay draw.

RACE 6

LIM'S SALTORO – Unbeaten in four starts and putting his hand up as one of our best four-year-olds this season. The 59kgs is the big question mark but he has class on his side.

LEGACY FORTUNE – Comes into this with one win and two second placings from his last three starts but is dropping back in distance. Not a negative though he has won at 1400m in the past.

GREEN STAR – His last win came back in November of last year but looking for a positive performance after his most recent trial win last Thursday clocking a nice 1:00.43. Keep him safe.

SUMMER WIND – Looks a lightweight chance for our leading stable and his early speed helped him score two runs ago. Lost no fans with that recent fourth place performance behind Energy Baby.

RACE 7

SMOKE AND MIRRORS – He now drops down to class 5 and does his best racing on the turf over 1400m. He should push forward from the outside barrier and find a handy position. Leading chance.

FORTUNE WHEEL – Drops down in class and gets Lerner aboard which is a plus. He won over 1400m the last time he dropped to class 5. Awkward barrier but will find this a lot easier. Key player.

SMART ONE – Finished second behind Pacific General last start when coming back to class 5, didn't jump well and raced keenly throughout. Gets a perfect draw on this occasion and can measure up to these.

OCEAN JUPITER – Up-and-coming 3yo who is building up a handy record (10-0-3-2) and could be a place chance here again. Woodworth is aboard and might try to be up on speed.

RACE 8

JUNGLE CRUISE – Stable having a great season and this gelding looking to make it back-to-back wins after scoring over a mile last start. Lightly raced on the Polytrack with just the two starts.

A BETTER TOMORROW – Got that long awaited win last start in a moderate field so he needs to find another gear to go on with it here. Now he has a taste of winning he can go forward.

PACIFIC SPIRIT – Brings winning form from his last run where he looped the field with a dominant turn of foot. TH Koh booked to take the steer.

NINEONEONE – Didn't really fire a shot last start behind Longevity but the race was run to suit those up on the pace as they walked in the middle stages. If they go quicker here, he can figure.

RACE 9

LIGHTNING STRIKE – Looking to make it five wins on the bounce as he starts his Singapore Derby campaign that comes up in July. He continues to improve and has four wins from eight starts.

ENERGY BABY – Two starts back was heavily backed to win and justified that support but backed It up with another win two weeks ago. Tries hard and has the will to win in a tight finish.

EJAZ – Second up this Saturday after finishing fourth to City Gold Star who he faces again here but a very lightly raced four-year-old who has big targets in the middle of the season.

FLYING NEMO – One of Singapores smallest sized gallopers but has a big engine under that 434kg frame. His win two starts ago after being caught wide was exceptional.

RACE 10

MAKIN – Turning heads in recent performances and comes here well at the weights as he makes his class 2 debut. Talented type and continues to improve each run. Nunes sticks aboard.

DREAM ALLIANCE – Very unlucky as were four others for the Group 3 Committee's Prize last start and is a Gold Cup runner up. He is a key player in the season features later but can win along the way.

CAVALRY – Comes here first up after bleeding at his last start back in August last year. Has Four trials under his belt coming into this. Not to forget being a Singapore Derby runner up last year.

PROSPEROUS RETURN – Thrown in here to back up that last start performance behind Lim's Kosciuszko last weekend where he placed third at huge odds. Group 1 winner and has the class.

RACE 11

ALWAYS TOGETHER – Toughed it out in a tight finish last start but had to give the winner eight kilograms in weight and just wasn't able to hold on. Very consistent class four sprinter.

ITALIAN REVOLUTION – Jumped and led last start but dropped out of it the final furlong to finish tenth. Should find something extra here on the Polytrack and won a recent trial. Blinkers go on so watch betting.

KING ZOUSTAR – Looks well placed again here the ten-time winner who rarely runs a bad race. Is finding it hard to win as he gets older, but he isn't far away from the winners recently.

COLONEL SON – Showed great early speed from a wide draw last start and won by a length. Both of his Kranji wins have come on this surface.
