The Randwick track has been subjected to plenty of action recently, and the rail will be set out 7 metres 1000m-W/Post and 5 metres the remainder, while at publish, we're faced with a track rated in the Good (4) range.

There are ten winners to be found in total, and you can find all of my thoughts below in my 2024 All Aged Stakes Day Preview.

RACE 1 - 11:25AM: Midway Handicap (1400m)

Elettrica takes winning form into this race and can make it two in a row.

Elettrica has improved with each of four runs back from a break, culminating in an eye-catching victory under a good ride at Rosehill Gardens last month.

She's been kept fresh and the 1400m should prove ideal under topweight.

RACE 2 - 12:05PM: Highway Handicap (1400m)

Occhiata is yet to turn in a poor performance this time in and looms as the one to beat in Saturday's Highway Handicap.

The Flying Artie mare has won three of her last four starts, bouncing back from a near miss with an easy victory in Class 2 company at Nowra last time out.

She's in peak order, the 1400m is perfect and regular ride Louise Day is booked to ride.

RACE 3 - 12:40PM: Group 3 JHB Carr Stakes (1400m)

Inhibitions takes winning form into the Carr Stakes, and I thought it looked a lovely bit of black type for her.

The Zoustar filly has been a consistent performer since debuting but has improved noticeably with each of three runs back this time, culminating in a smart win at Caulfield last time out.

This is another rise in class obviously, but she's in peak order and does look up to winning something of this quality.

RACE 4 - 1:15PM: Group 3 Frank Packer Plate (2000m)

I'm going to have something on the two horses in China Horse Club silks, kicking off with early favourite, Tannhauser.

Tannhauser has always hinted at above-average ability, and he's another that has improved noticeably with each of three runs back this time, culminating in an eye-catching second behind Ducasse in the Carbine Club Stakes.

The 2000m looks ideal, as does the booking of James McDonald.

Gold Bullion is yet to strike in three runs back from a break, but after only just missing in BM78 company at the midweeks, he was very good late in the Carbine Club after a tough run in transit.

RACE 5 - 1:50PM: Group 3 Hall Mark Stakes (1200m)

Front Page was outstanding in The Galaxy first-up this time and is a fitting occupant of the top line of Hall Mark Stake betting.

The Magnus gelding has always been an above-average galloper, but he's definitely gone to a new level since transferring to the care of Matt Dale, winning The Kosciuszko first-up in the spring, while only just being pipped late in Group 1 company last month.

He'll go forward again and look to run them ragged.

RACE 6 - 2:25PM: Group 3 JRA Plate (2000m)

There's a case to be made for a few of them in the JRA Plate and I thought that Renaissance Woman looked great value at double-figure odds ($12 at publish).

Renaissance Woman is yet to strike in four runs back from a break, but she's turned in some fine performances in strong, black type company, finding form around some classy gallopers.

Some of her best efforts have come over a longer trip than the mile, which she finally gets this week, while I also like that she's one the quick back-up from last week's Queen Of The Turf.

RACE 7 - 3PM: Group 1 Champagne Stakes (1600m)

Just eight two-year-olds will line up in the Champagne Stakes field, but what it lacks in size, it certainly makes up for in quality.

I've put Manaal on top again, but you can find my full preview and complete 2024 Champagne Stakes Tips RIGHT HERE.

RACE 8 - 3:40PM: Group 1 All Aged Stakes (1400m)

The final Group 1 feature race of the Sydney Autumn Carnival has drawn a quality field of gallopers, and with a case to be made for many of them, it looms as one of the standout contests of the season.

Magic Time gets ideal conditions in this race, and I thought that it looked the perfect Group 1 target for her.

Magic Time enjoyed a meteoric rise to prominence last year, winning five of eight starts and ending her campaign with an eye-catching win in the Group 1 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes over 1400m at Caulfield.

She's yet to place in two runs back this time, but was only two lengths behind Cylinder in the Newmarket Handicap before finishing only a length behind Chain Of Lightning in the TJ Smith Stakes.

Fitter third-up, I thought the $9 about her in All Aged Stakes betting was a touch of overs.

RACE 9 - 4:20PM: Catanach's Jewellers Handicap (1400m)

Good race with some really good horses engaged, including Jimmysstar.

The bubble did burst a little when he finished down the order as an odds-on favourite in the Newcastle Newmarket last month, but Jimmysstar's form in Australia prior to that was outstanding, and almost faultless.

I like that he has been freshened, and something like this remains well within his abilities.

RACE 10 - 4:55PM: Petaluma Handicap (1200m)

Kibou makes his eagerly awaited return to the races in the last on All Aged Stakes Day.

Kibou hasn't been seen at the races since October, but he boasts an excellent fresh record, and his two trials leading up to this return have been very sharp.

With a view towards something bigger and betting, I'm confident he can make a winning return.
