The rail moves to the +4m position after being +2m last Friday, and fine weather is forecast.

R1 Welcome To The Good Friday Family Fun Day Maiden, 1400m

Not much has gone right for Carnelian Rock (3) at his last two and deserves to break through. The well-bred SIENA WOLF (11) draws a touch awkwardly again but is heading in the right direction and should be at her peak third-up. THEM'S THE BREAKS (13) seems well suited getting out to the 1400 but is likely (once more) to be conceding the majority of them a start. MISS VIVACE (9) turned in a pleasing effort first-up after a long break and is sure to be better for it. MISS PEBBLES (8) ran well at a big price last start and has first-four claims again. YOU BETTER RUN (14) clearly had an issue last start, blinkers and tongue tie go on for the first time.

R2 The Win Network Olympians Class 2 Handicap, 1200m

Capital Cheval (1) rounded off his last preparation with back-to-back wins. He looked sharp in his recent trial win at Longford and expect him to sprint well fresh. With a clearer run in transit last outing SUSHI EXPRESS (2) probably wins when resuming a fortnight back, while BELPINE MISS (5) made good ground from a long way back in the same race. SANDUAL (3) is racing consistently and draws to be in the finish again. Back to the 1200m is a definite plus for STARNOTE (6).

R3 Ladbrokes Hub Maiden, 1100m

This race isn't strong and Espur (8) finds yet another winnable race at start fifteen. BANKROLLBENNY (3) has been freshened and maps to get every chance stalking the speed from barrier one. LONTANO (4) finished well down the track on debut but it was a complete forgive run despite the near 17 lengths beaten margin. Minor claims for NEED A GIGGLE (2) from an awkward gate. Market the best guide for the debutants ASTRO TED (1) and WICKHAM LIGHT (7).

R4 The Win News Masters Maiden/class 1, 1600m

At his latest Tosen Fame (11) worked home soundly this venue/distance off a 33-day freshen and can only be improved. GODDESS OF ROCK (13) knuckled down strongly over 1400m and looks well-placed stepping out to the mile for the first time but always concedes a start. HEWIE (2) returns off a nine-month break with two solid trials under his belt; expect him to run well but look for market confidence. SURELY SPECIAL (5) stepped back in trip and finally broke through last outing at start-seventeen. He maps to be thereabouts again. SPEED ROCK (4) will find this easier than last start but has a poor winning strike rate.

R5 Happy Easter From The Tas Turf Club Benchmark 60 Handicap, 1100m

Most open race for the day. Thunberg's (1) recent efforts have been below par but has been freshened since so likely to be back to her best .She's sure to be well fancied but it's worth noting she's only won one-race in her past 11 and hasn't won at this venue for around 3 1/2 years. WHEELING (10) is racing consistently in similar company but struggles to break through. SISTINE (5), CHEROKEE DANCER (7) and BETTER THAN BANKSY (2) are all in the mix. O'REILLY MCLUKE (3) resumes and has trialled okay. He was a good thing beaten when resuming last prep. CHAMPAGNE CINDERS (9) isn't hopeless.

R6 Ted And Arthur Cox Memorial, 1200m

Jaguar Stone (1) had an impossible task from the rear a week back in a race dominated by the on-pacers, better drawn here, should go close. FAKE MAGIC (2) was rock-solid in the same race behind Galenus. SEYDOUX (4) is shooting for three in a row and will make her own luck again, either leading or sitting handy. INTISAR (7) came from well back to win last start. This is tougher but does get good weight relief. AZARA (5) has an outstanding record on this track, goes well first-up , and can win.

R7 Thank You John Mckenna Benchmark 68 Handicap, 1400m

Asva (3) put the writing on the wall 2-starts ago before letting down nicely to score last time in class-one grade. There's more depth to this but he looks a nice type with more wins in store. FREAK ON A LEAD (1) was first past the post last start before losing the race on protest. Looks to get a soft lead here and will be hard to run down. RIGOLETTO (8) had little luck last start and should've finished closer and he gets in well after the claim. NAVY STREET (4) doesn't know how to run badly, a good chance again. HELLOT (7) next best.

R8 Tasbreeders Race Night 5th April 0 - 62, 1400m

The form around Li'l Hail Mary (3) is strong but ideally would have preferred her staying at the mile. In a race where there's no designated leader MARIPOSA (10) may take it up and is not without some chance if they leave her alone. KEEPER'S TOUCH (6) boxed on well behind Rubbleonthedouble two starts back, which is decent form. He has a poor winning strike, as do many of his rivals. SHARE THE GOLD (9) finished on the heels of the placegetters last start and has each-way claims.
