RACE 1 - 12:12PM Pistol Pete's 60th Birthday Dash Maiden Plate (1050 METRES)

WHO'S AFRAID stuck on well on the Parks when 3rd behind Fiorada Lad last time. She gets a middle gate and looks nicely placed here. QUEEN OF THE NORTH was OK first-up before a good effort running 2nd to Runaway Bella at Murray Bridge last start. SKINDER is on debut for David Jolly and has shown ability in the trials. Will Clarken and Niki O'Shea have FINGOLFIN who has been beaten at his past two at Strathalbyn and CULLEN SKINK on debut who trialled OK behind an impressive stablemate last week. STORYTELLER is on debut for Michael Hickmott and has been to the trials on five occasions. QUICK RETURN won a recent trial here.

RACE 2 - 12:47PM Klose's Foodland Supermarkets Queen of the Hills Handicap (1400 METRES)

ALPINE FLYER was good on debut for the Michael Hickmott stable beaten 2 lengths behind Starlite Valley and she is unbeaten in two second-up runs. Stablemate UNLACED was only fair first-up from a spell but out in trip from a good barrier looks ideal. BUBBLE OVER was a good winner first-up before she made late ground on Cup Day. She was solid again behind Starlite Valley last time and looks well placed form a good barrier. POINT BLAZE and TAHNEE TRADITION both got back in that same race last time. SHEZ BETTY can run well here.

RACE 3 - 1:22PM Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu Farm Services Shillabeer Plate (1400 METRES)

VALIDATED has a big weight even after the claim but this is no harder than what he's beaten in two runs back from a spell. MERCHANT BOSS was good running second to Validated last time and the 1400m looks ideal here. DUAL FUEL comes out of the Adelaide Guineas won by Stonecoat. She's a filly with upside. FIORADA LAD comes off a maiden win beating SIXTEEN REASONS, PIIINK BEAUTY was a touch disappointing first-up in SA, but she has trilled here and her Tasmanian form was good for a race like this.

Race 4 - 1:57PM Emmett's Country Cup (Heat 5 Provincial Super Series) (1900 METRES)

MOJO CLASSIC comes off a solid effort running 2nd behind Crown Mint at Morphettville. He's had the three runs for Clarken and O'Shea, and this looks a very winnable race. PORT ROYAL comes off a Streaky Bay Cup win and his form since coming to SA is solid for a race like this. QUEBECOIS bombed the start and wasn't beaten far in the Crown Mint race last weekend, if he jumps he can figure. UNDERSTATEMENT has only won the two races but brings the right form here running 2nd to Getouttheway at Murray Bridge last time. SHE'S A KARAKA was well ridden to find the line strongly last time at Balaklava and is up to a race like this. ACE ATTACK draws a nice gate here on his home track where he has a good record. GRINZINGER STAR has a good record and is more than capable of running a race even with the big weight.

RACE 5 - 2:37PM Coopers Brewery Onkaparinga Cup (2150 METRES)

CLEVER MAN looked in all sorts before powering past rivals to win the Mt Gambier Cup last week. He draws out but is going super and should take some beating. ICHIBANSAN should roll forward and take running down. He did enough to hold off Plaisir last time. DIXIE WHISTLER showed some fight to narrowly win at Morphettville last time and makes her own luck in her races. NOT USUAL GLORIOUS should be ready to improve third-up here. He draws out but gets some weight relief. VERIMLI is on debut for Michael Hickmott and his Victorian form is good for a race like this. He chased home White Marlin last time out on Cup Day. DISAGREEABLE MISS draws a nice gate and must be respected.

RACE 6 - 3:17PM Duffield's 'The Haus' at Hahndorf Handicap (Heat 4 Autumn Series) (1400 METRES)

TWO TIMES TWICE draws a good gate and was brave winning on the Parks two runs back when he looked in trouble after leading before another solid effort behind Pontedera last time. PRINCE JOFRA ran well at big odds first-up from a break in the same race. TANAAWOL was a good Gawler winner at his SA debut, he did trial nicely here and gets an inside draw. FOX GEM resumes and his best form is right up to a race like this. JIVE BABY draws a sticky gate but was back to winning form last time. KINGSON has been racing well chasing home Trygve at Port Lincoln last time. GARRIRE was OK first-up from a break and won a recent trial here.

RACE 7 - 3:57PM Simon Tolley Wines The Vintage (1400 METRES)

STRUCK BY was well fancied in this race last year when 6th. He went far to quick up front last time when run down by MY KHALIFA who should be in the mix again and will thrive on a good tempo. SASKATOON is flying winning 4 of his past 5 and draws wide. LAKE'S FOLLY will get a good run and was OK first-up. Three handy types come out of Matrice. LORD VLADIVOSTOK ran 6th and he has a very good second-up record. REGALO DI GAETANO finished 5th and looks an improver second-up here and out to 1400m, likewise MORVADA is suited in a race like this, 7 of 9 wins have been at 1400m and drawing won't hurt his chances. CASHIN' CHEX could be an improver.

RACE 8 - 4:32PM Harcourts Hills Railway Stakes (1100 METRES)

Wide open race and the wide barrier might be an advantage late. TAUNTING draws out and comes off a solid effort first-up, he's been set for this and should be fighting out the finish. RICH GINA has been good in her two runs back, she's another drawn out, she gets back and can be strong late. GAZE GRISE draws in and was good first-up, her trial here the other day was very good and she's the one punters snapped up a price early with. DARING MOVE will be on speed from a good barrier and fitter for a solid first-up run when 3rd behind Heka Express. HOME RULE is another draws towards the inside and was good running 3rd behind Unflinching at Moonee Valley last time. SCISSOR STEP can improve second-up here for the McEvoy stable, even with the big weight. CALLA DREAM is a good mare well over the odds. ARKHAM KNIGHT has a good record around here. HOPE AT HAND is an interesting runner, her effort when 2nd behind Validated was good and she's on the rise. ENDLESSLY was good before stepping up to Listed level last time, LARKHAM has been racing well.

RACE 9 - 5:07PM Duttons Benchmark 68 Handicap (Heat 5 SA Sprint Series) (1050 METRES)

SHOOTING FOR STARS is first-up for the Clarken/O'Shea stable and won her last two in NSW before coming to SA. She trialled very smartly here the other day, draws a good gate and looks hard to beat. Stablemate SIYATA has been racing well and draws out, she gets blinkers for the first time and must be respected. DECLARED is a nice type who hasn't raced since running 2nd behind Kiki Express back in November. He draws well and must be respected. Stablemate HUNTLEY LADY trialled OK here and gets the blinkers on for the first time. QEYAADY has been in good form since coming to SA and was good running 3rd behind Larkham last start. She draws out and can be strong late. SABERMETRIC draws the inside but was solid behind Rusty Halo last time. ENFANT ROUGE is an import resuming and must be kept safe.
