The Epsom Handicap will be the primary target for bonny mare Hope In Your Heart this spring, but Kerry Parker hasn't ruled out taking her interstate in search of an elusive Group 1.

The five-year-old blew out the cobwebs in a Warwick Farm barrier trial on July 24 and will have another trial in the coming weeks ahead of her scheduled campaign kick-off in the Tramway Stakes (1400m) at Randwick on September 2.

A multiple Group winner who placed at the highest level in the Queen Of The Turf Stakes (1600m) during the autumn, Parker said the daughter of Dundeel had returned to the stable better than ever.

"She has come back stronger each prep, which she has needed to, she was only tiny as a three-year-old," Parker said.

"She's a mare now and she's got good strength about her.

"In Sydney, we will aim up towards the Epsom and then make our mind up from there whether we have to be ducking to Melbourne to try to grab one of these Group Ones.

"But the Randwick mile suits so that's a good target."

Stablemate Think It Over is more advanced in his preparations as he gets ready to make his much-anticipated comeback from a tendon injury.

The 2022 Queen Elizabeth Stakes winner finished runner-up to Mo'Unga in his most recent trial on Friday, the pair slated to clash first-up in the Winx Stakes (1400m) on Saturday week.

It has been a long and steady road back to the races for Think It Over, but Parker says the horse is showing positive signs that he can rediscover some of his old form.

"He's every box ticked that could have been ticked to come back from a tendon injury," Parker said.

"He lives in ice, don't get me wrong, we still do everything possible to keep everything where it should be, but at the end of the day it's up to him.

"His main assets are he's got such a long stride and his will to win, you're not going to know (whether they're still there) until you're under those race conditions.

"After he has a couple of runs in, we'll get a guide where he's at."
