Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Kembla Grange, Scone, Doomben, Flemington, Tennant Creek, Morphettville and Toowoomba.

KEMBLA GRANGE: RACE 3 @ 1:10 PM

DIVINE VICKY (3) resumes with an unbeaten first-up record and two recent trials were very sharp. Untested on genuinely wet ground but has the class to put these away resuming. NOT THAT EASY (5) aims up for three wins on the trot with three kilos less than latest run. Drawn low and fitness no issue. Big threat again. MR BINGO (2) failed last start but previous runs were sound in similar company. Has won on a heavy track so well worth another chance over a suitable trip. DREAMING OF VEGAS (1) has built an imposing record from seven starts but does jump five kilos off latest run. Short course specialist with plenty of talent. Right in this.
SELECTIONS: Divine Vicky win.

SCONE: RACE 9 @ 3:50 PM

AMENABLE (1) smart gelding due for a change of luck, after nearly scoring a major upset when a long neck second over 1400m in the G1 All Aged Stakes at Randwick on April 20. Drops many levels today and should prove hard to hold out on the firmer deck. JIMMYSSTAR (14) has frustrated of late and back to his preferred trip where he's undefeated over the 1300m. Warmed up when the race was over finishing third in the LR Brisbane Qlty (1600m) at Eagle Farm on April 27. Deserves one more chance. COASTWATCH (12) inconsistent gelding who won't know himself with 54kg from the inside gate. Charged late in a tight finish with the 61kg when a neck fourth over 1400m at Hawkesbury on May 4. One of the leading contenders with a repeat of latest. KINLOCH (7) consistent gelding with his hoof on the till. Rattled late with the 59.5kg when a narrow second over 1400m in the Tamworth Cup on April 26. Down in weight and stays in the numbers.
SELECTIONS: Amenable to win.

DOOMBEN: RACE 8 @ 4:02 PM

The feature race on the card, the $1.5 million Group 1 Doomben 10,000. Not a massive field but one packed with quality. The well-traveled BELLA NIPOTINA (5) doesn't know how to run a bad race. Probably should have won the TJ Smith two back before having no luck in the Quokka but still being right there at the finish. Should get a nice sit from the gate and will have race fitness over a few of these. Williams knows her well and can break through for a well-deserved victory. There's no doubting the ability of I WISH I WIN (1) but the inside draw might prove a bit sticky here. Trusting McDonald to navigate that and sure to be right there at the business end. PRIVATE EYE (2) put in a much better one in the All Aged last time out and may take plenty of catching. ESPIONA (7) will appreciate the smaller field and CHAIN OF LIGHTNING (6) cannot be ignored on recent form.
SELECTIONS: Bella Nipotina each-way.

FLEMINGTON: RACE 9 @ 4:10 PM

GALERON (6) might be a bit of value here. His first-up run over this track and distance was very good when beaten narrowly by a fit Arran Bay. He was well fancied to turn the tables at Mornington over 2000m last time and was a bit disappointing, but back to the expanses of Flemington should suit. GREEN FLY (15) was a narrow winner over 1400m at Warrnambool last time out and gets in well with 53kg here. His 1600m form doesn't read well at all, especially given he's by Frankel but he's got the talent. DASHING (11) repaid those who stuck fat last start when winning in this grade at Caulfield. He'll be hard to get past again. EL SOLEADO (2) is racing in great heart and should be in the finish again. MAKTOOB (9) is up to these.
SELECTIONS: Galeron on top.

TENNANT CREEK: RACE 6 @ 4:26 PM

GREAT BUY (1) won fresh up this prep and since then he has been racing very consistently. He steps up to a mile which is as far as he wants but he should get away with it around this circuit against a small field. The pole position should ensure that he races close to the pace and he could even try to take them all the way. FANTASY EAGLE (3) can mix his form and he ran one of his better races last time out at Alice Springs, finishing runner-up. He is well placed at the weights and maybe Paul Denton can get the coax the best out of him where it matters most. COMMAND KING (2) was over a month between runs when finishing fifth last start and that effort should have him spot on for this target a week later. He drops 5 kilos in weight and is perfectly placed to give this a shake. Can win. BAROCCO BAR (4) ended up getting too far back last time out from a wide gate and is expected to improve quickly in a small sized field here. Stick with him.
SELECTIONS: Great Buy to win.

MORPHETTVILLE PARKS: RACE 9 @ 4:30 PM

MARACOURT (1) hasn't won for a long time but rarely turns in a poor performance. Lugs the top weight and deserves to on best form. Ticking along nicely this time in without getting to enjoy the spoils. Ready to cash in now. TIPPA (8) was no match for a nice winner in the Adelaide Guineas but he still did a good job to finish fifth in LR company. This is obviously easier and he has to be included. NULLIFY (13) was a nice winner against similar company two back at Balaklava. Not as effective last time out over the longer trip. Drops back to a more suitable journey now and can give this a big shake. ICHIBANSAN (3) went amiss last start when being all but retired from the contest here. Has gone back to the trials and worked well. Still looking for a bit further but can threaten. ALFANO (4) was denied a head from making it a winning stable debut at Murray Bridge. Treading carefully second-up off long break but warrants serious consideration on best figures.
SELECTIONS: Maracourt is ready to win.

TOOWOOMBA: RACE 7 @ 8:20 PM

MEDICAL AUTOCRAT (3) is formerly trained by Anthony and Sam Freedman and makes Queensland debut for new stable coming off a last-start third as favourite in 2100m Mdn at Benalla in early April. Has trialled quite sharply for 2nd in 925m trial at Toowoomba recently in preparation for this and from a good draw should be hard to beat. GO GIRL GO (7) looks ready for the step up to this distance third-up having caught the eye in two runs this time in over shorter distances. Drawn wide but expect her to take plenty of holding out. GRAND TORINO (2) has only raced once when 5th of 6 over 1400m on a heavy track at the Sunshine Coast in February. Looks to have upside and a strong showing here would not surprise with Andrew Mallyon aboard. FULL OF EURO (8) was doing best work late for 3rd in 1500m Kilcoy Mdn last start and could figure among the placings again. Lightly raced BROADWAY SPIRIT (1) also has claims here first-up since making ground for close 3rd in Gatton 1600m 3YO Mdn on March 17.
SELECTIONS: Medical Autocrat to win.
