I have an excellent idea for this clown's "talent". Why not make a movie along the lines of "A Beautiful Mind" We could have Russell Crowe playing the part of a genius tipster based on the life of Pinhead. It could be set in a hospital. There could be cameo appearances by Tufnel as he cleaned the dunnies and flashes to other wards where Lister, Camel and Bettowin were receiving treatment. The whole show could be financed by the previously accumulated winnings of this great seer.
