My only race day in Melbourne was a race day at Kyneton for a football trip.
I'm heading back for Melbourne Cup Day. No football trip this time.
Where is the best place to be within Flemington Racecourse?
Any tips/hints/Cheats on what to do on the big day is more than welcomed.
Really looking forward to a big day at the track after a big CC trifecta has boosted the bank in preparation for the likely International Cup!
Would really appreciate some good info on the big day event. Cheers.
Also, where are the best after party events held? Or general place to be?

This 2yo filly looks to very well bred and starts off her career today at Kembla Grange.
I expect this horse to be something special from the Gai Waterhouse stable from the well bred Shantha's Choice mare Sliding Cube.
I'll be following this filly through her career.
I don't think she will disappoint.

Just come home from seeing the movie "the cup".
Not too bad.
They have done a good job with the emotional aspect to this story and the footage of the horses are fantastic.
Hearing the horses stampede past the camera is a magnificent sound.

He is in great form!
My calculations have him polling in all but one game since Arizona and add that to what I think is best on grounds in the first 4 games and he is right up there!!!
I took the big odds when they made the decision to take him back to Arizona. He only missed the one game as week two was the bye anyway.
Judd has had a great year but is it as good as we think?
Murphy's year has been as good and predict him to vie for as many votes as Judd.
Carlton have the bye next week.
It's still not too late to get on Swan people!!!
