All Australian 2012 joke

Power Quest

How the PAV didn't selected and nic notacluey did for the AA team shows what a bunch of clowns the selection panel are.

Pavlich was the gun forward who played the first 8 games in the midfield yet still pumped through 62 goals. Notacluey isn't the best ruckman in the AFL. He is just a show pony who looks flashy and on the very rare occasion does something good. Dean cox in the forward pocket is a joke and he should have been the ruckman or Jacobs. Notacluey was his backup!!!

Milne 12th in the saints club award yet made the
AA team?!?!?

Gerald Healy and his band of clowns need ton give themselves an uppercut.

Northerly RIP

Power Quest

The great Northerly has pawed away after succumbing to colic. RIP champ.

Green v Tarver

Power Quest

Tarver showed tonight that he was a class above Green.

Green has to seriously consider whether or not to go on with it. Fighting hacks in the future will only do his reputation harm.

3rd up and will enjoy the extra 150mtrs on last start. Quoted price $3.80

Race 6 - Number 7 Spring Command

Suffered interference last start when 4th only beaten 2L. Previous start was good and I'm sticking with him. Quoted Price $6.50

Strong rumours have been abounding that stakes money for metropolitan meetings in Perth will be reduced.

Announcement will be made sometime next week.

Obviously the TAB turnover is down compared to what it was and the likes of betfair haven't helped put money back into the industry and this is hurting stakes money here in WA.

All this in the state which is the economic powerhouse of Australia which is propping up our poorer cousins in NSW and Victoria but yet Melbourne stakes are rumoured to go upto $80k for a metro race.

It's going to be a tough time for the WA racing participants.

Muscat

Power Quest

Watched the Victory v Heart in the A league and The tackle by Muscat on Zahara was a absolute shocker.

Muscat has a track record of with these kinds of challenges.

Thinks he is a hard man by putting in tackles like the one on Saturday but it only proves he is crud.

Hopefully he gets the book thrown at him by the match review panel. My punishment would be he be banned as long as Zahara is out of the game.

Terrible.

Quality Captaining

Power Quest

Obviously with our bowling attack being sub standard, the Aussie skippers during the Ashes series should have been thinking "outside the square" when coming up with tactic to negate the Poms batsman.

Maybe Ponting/Clarke should have instructed our bowlers to bowl in this manner......

Maybe then the Poms wouldn't have belted us around the ground!!

Quality!!
Watched last nights game v the yanks and Australia look like they might be in for an early exit come the the cup.

Australia's defence was woeful last night and were exposed by a team that knocked the ball around quickly and had pace. Not good given that most commentators are stating that the defence will be the key to the aussie chances of progress.

Up front Kennedy looks like he couldn't score in a brothel. Stating the obvious, Cahill appears to be the Sooceroo's only likely scorer. (Viduka where are you??!?!)

Vinny Grella had another mare.

On a positive, Scott Chipperfield was in fine form making excellent runs from left back and provide a headache for the yanks. Australia's best player last night who is well into his 30's.

Kewell would be in doubt to start against the Germans and Emerton no chance to start given that he hasn't really been training.

Not looking too good at the moment.
