The Ron Quinton-trained filly Daysee Doom is now unbeaten in two starts and is very promising. She went forward from her outside barrier (10) and worked at bit before racing closely outside the leader (Stolen Kisses). She got to the front at the 200m and then lifted gamely after her early efforts to draw clear to score impressively. She looks a very honest filly with a bright future. The Bjorn Bakertrained filly Roeinda, winner of both her prior starts since resuming, raced sixth place, one off the rails, before fanning deep at the home turn. She challenged at the 100m and then battled on to take second finding the winner too good.
