French-bred, Ciaron Maher-trained three-year-old filly Days Go By put up a really promising effort in winning here. Having only her second race start, she settled back in tenth place before improving (wide with cover) from the 600m. She then made a quick move (out deep) rounding the home turn, took the lead at the 100m and went on to score comfortably, running the 1600m out well. She looks a promising staying filly and is a horse to watch.
