The Peter Moody-trained mare Miss Outshine made it three wins in succession, scoring comfortably here. She travelled nicely in fifth place before improving passing the 600m mark. She moved up three wide rounding the home turn, took the lead at the 100m and then drew away to win by just over two lengths. She is a very promising staying mare capable of progressing to better things. The favourite, the Lloyd Williams-raced import Livery led the field and seemed to travel well in the mid-stages but he was under pressure approaching the home turn and just lasted to take second in a photo in a disappointing performance. *ANZ
