The 100 came up with the win on the Hayes-trained Ka Ying Rising in the Class 2 Brandy Snap over 1200m, and was part of a 4-timer on the day.  In that race while the winner was definitely the top horse Packing Treadmill did well to chase him home with Gorgeous Win 5.1 taking third ahead of Beauty Charge.

Earlier trainer Tony Cruz quinellad the G3 Queen Mother's Cup with La City Blanche, a former Argentinian G1 winner (when known as Zodiaco) under Matthew Chadwick winning from stablemate Five G Patch under Harry Bentley.  Unbelievable was third and our roughie Natural Storm 5th.  The disappointment of the race was Russian Emperor who not only didn't bring his A Game he didn't even bring his C Game however he can be excused as he was found to be lame in the right fore after the race.  Senor Toba was another disappointing run and he will have to trial before racing again.
