With the Gunners flying in the Premier League, it's easy to forget that Mikel Arteta's men are still alive and kicking on the European stage.

Arsenal take on FC Porto this Wednesday night in their bid to make their first Champions League final since 2009/10 campaign.

The English side are certainly heading to Portugal with serious momentum under their belts.

Arsenal are on a five-match winning run, scoring 21 goals during that run. Eleven of those goals have come in the last two games alone.

FC Porto are also in good domestic form, though they have endured a couple of recent slip ups against Arouca and Rio Ave.

The Portuguese outfit can't afford a slip up at home if they are to stand any chance of progression.

Porto have been knocked out from seven of their eight Champions League knockout ties against English clubs. Their sole success came two decades ago when Jose Mourinho masterminded a two-legged victory over Manchester United.

The Special One might not be around at the club anymore, though a special moment is definitely something Porto need.

Bearing in mind Arsenal's recent run in the Premier League, you simply can't overlook them in this fixture.

Arteta's men to win the match and both teams to score is the way to go. Over 2.5 goals is another option considering both teams have not been shy in front of goal over recent months.
