Morphettville Parks Races Review on 3rd March 2024

Named after a Richmond Football Club champion Jack Dyer the two-year-old Dyer opened his winning account at his first start when he took out the 1000 metre opening race on the Parks track at Morphettville on Saturday.

Having the services of Jessica Eaton the Michael Hickmott prepared Dyer led all the way.

Calan Murray brought up his fourth win in twenty-four hours when he rode Angelic Appeal to victory in the 1400 metre second race.

Being under the care of brother Dean and Gary Alexander at Murray Bridge Angelic Appeal, the early leader, race one off the pace to win.

Patrons were kept on their toes before the photo finish showed Yuri Royale, was the winner of the 2250 metre third race.

Making two wins in succession the apprentice Rochelle Milnes ridden, Richard and Chantelle Jolly trained Yuri Royale was always in contention.

Run Like Hell made it two wins in a row when he took out the 1000 metre fourth race.

Coming out of the Warrnambool stable of Maddie Raymond the Jake Toeroek ridden Run Like Hell was well place in bringing up his fourth win from seven starts.

Coming off a last start second n the Parks track Karaka Kiwi went one better when he took out the 1950 metre fifth race.

Piloted home by Samuel Payne the Jordon Fre Prepared Karaka Kiwi sat one off the pace for the entire journey.

Owned and raced by the well-known Brook family the Phillip Stokes prepared Zebella took out the 1250 metre sixth race.

Ridden to victory by Lachlan Neindorf Zebella was another on-pace runner to meet with success.

Apprentice Alana Livesey continued her good run when she rode Mintulee to a win in the 1000 metre seventh race.

Prepared at Morphettville by Ryan Balfour Mintulee jumped well and settled midfield before coming with a late run over the concluding stages.

Showing a liking for the Parks track Tapinforpar took out the 1400 metre eighth race.

Coming out of the Gordon Richards and Damien Moyle stable the Jacob Opperman ridden Tapinforpar came from a midfield position to bring up win five from twenty-three starts.

 Tahnee Treasure made it three wins in a row when she took out the 1550 metre final event.

Coming out of the Murray Bridge stable of Peter Hardacre and having the services of Margaret Collett Tahnee Treasure came from a midfield position to meet with success.
