Fantasy EPL - February Update

TRADITIONAL PREMIERSHIP AND MANAGER OF THE MONTH

Bender Rodriguez holds the lead for the 4th straight month but Absolute Spurfection has managed to cut the gap back to 32. Alexisisonfire is a further 50 adrift while the rest are still 100+ behind.

Only 4 points separated the top 3 in the Manager of the Month award but it was Bluboy prevailing once again to claim his 3rd MOM for the season - he joins the likes of Dagz, Dart, 77Aggots and Camel in achieving such a feat but can he match Bigdaddy's 4 from 09/10? Dart and SK picked up the minor points to both go =2nd for the Manager of the Year Title but are running out of opportunities to catch Bluboy!

*** February Manager of the Month - BLUBOY ***

Thanks for the update Bodsy. It hasn't been the great year for the Typhoon's and last weeks smashing just showed that :)

SK is back in the 5, on f&a, after a crucial 3-0 away win over Relic.. he joins Bluboy and Camel on 41 pts, Camel drops to 6th following his 2-2 draw with Dagz.. Ausbrum and yours truly remain 4pts adrift - Birmingham Sydney handing Bender just their 5th loss of their season while the People's Champs struggled to put away an undermanned Bergkamps Boys outfit..

At the top end, Torp joins Ramses with just a goal separating the sides, while Dart is square in the middle.

3 rounds til finals and gee there are some critical matches ahead!

special mention goes to yours truly, plodsy..

option a: Kompany and Sigurdsson
option z: Sterling and Ayew

18pts v 1pt

plod, plod, plod I go

Thanks again for the updates Bodsy.

Firstly, commendation to Saintly - that just might be the first time one team has had 3 red cards!

Right, on to the race to the finals... Ramses and Torp shared the points to stay ahead of Dart, who consolidated 3rd with a win over Relic. Camel jumped into 4th defeating Bluboy, pretty much by a single gamepoint, while SK and yours truly could not be split. Ausbrum joined me 4 points from the 5 after picking off Dagz.

4 rounds til finals...

No worries lads!

Well with just 5 fixture rounds to go, I can't get that song Slipping Away out of my head.. The People's Champs lost to Boro to be Back (who they've only managed 2 draws against this season) to go 4pts adrift of 5th. Typhoon Tyson join The PCs after defeating league leaders, Bender Rodriguez in a hard fought 1-0 nailbiter.

Birmingham Sydney commenced their horror run home with an unlucky away draw to Absolute Spurfection, and still need to face the top 3 while bridging a 6pt gap. Teams 2-6 all played out draws tho so there is some hope for the teams outside the 5. Good luck all.

Cheers for the update Bodsy, much appreciated

Cheers Bodsy, thanks for the update and all your hard work on this comp
