Not a biggy ...just a hello to all.

It has been a pleasure tipping with and against you. I hope that a similar rivalry/contest occurs between other forumites ....inspite of bugs in the system LOL. HRH, thanks for taking up the challenge mate and for a bloke who didn't know 2 mnths ago how to work a multi, you have certainly proved that you can perform well when faced with a challenge.

To the other "Baggers" on here...thanks for the meaningless insight. It is taken with aplomb.

If i can say one thing HRH has performed admirably and handled all SH!T very well and upon my return i hope to continue "said rivalry"

Cheers
Jakman

P.S I will update results ASAP on Sunday to see who is the final winner overall and remember.....prizemoney is going to the Jock's fund, neither of us profit from this..

SPRING SPRUIKERS..UPDATE!!

jakman

Guys this is the revised update on the Spruikers Challenge.

Unfortunately, i will not be able to participate in the comp as the ADF has called me away for Flood relief in Pakistan.

However, as a result of this consequence Deadant66 (due to my oversight, earlier ) has received) top billing and at present minus myself there are 45 participants. just shy of the 48 M.M suggested...as have a few others!.

At this stage i can take acceptances (only three more?????by the 20th), however, i am still willing to donate by,
RULE: 11) I will personally give the winner (by deposit or through chance..$50 )...laugh as you may ...but i think the winner will be happy enuf to accept money for jam ....especially if they win!.

If i have 3 more acceptances before Friday 20th i will close the comp. Amend the draw, D-A becomes Jakman and the others will follow suit. If someone is willing to take this comp through to the Melb. Cup, i am more than happy to give them a cash incentive for their time and effort, i have planned this months out, so if someone is willing to take over i will forward on my rules with the amendments.

Simple but due to my committments to the Commonwealth, i can't simply close this down.

Thanks to R&S for allowing it to still run and to those guys who are willing to still participate...If the consensus votes no between now and Friday i offer my sincere apologies, as this was meant to be a cracker for true bragging rites.

I implore you to continue to bag each other out as you are still matched against your initial competitor (Bar D-A), and the 3 remaining spots.

P.S "Move Forward" "For Real Action"....almost a paraphrase in itself (two parties could almost say what the greens want).

I.E above.....if i Vote before hand......good luck to the winning party and even more luck to the punters who have spent there moolah on this 2-3 horse race ....only thing is ....they only pay 1ST!!!!

Cheers
Jakman

Sorry for the delay HRH...as i inboxed you earlier...things have been hectic to say the least....i will post on the spruikers site as well.

HRH pulled out a blinder tippin the Sharkys to get up and what a BL00DY good divvy too...his Tigers pounced, the Warriors pulled through and the Dragons (Blessed Bill) got up also, mate fantasic effort...well done. $1345 in the kick has definately closed the gap now...not bad for a $100 outlay. I didn't fair so well bombing out big time.

I will keep it short this week as i have a few things to sort out...in a nutshell we both selected SHOOTOUT and both came home with a win....i think HRH selected a few more place getters than me, but i am a little pressed for time so i will post only the total so far and with an ounce of luck will be able to continue this weekend.

HRH PINKLINE JONES OBE

SHOOTOUT 1ST @ $2.60 X $100 = $260
+ $1345 multi win = $1605

JAKMAN

SHOOTOUT 1ST @ $2.60 X $100 = $260

RUNNING TOTAL to date:

HRH PINKLINE JONES OBE
$2490 + $1605 = $ 4095

JAKMAN
$4063 + $260 = $ 4323

HRH has performed like his Japanese stayers and is swooping down the outside....with only a few furlongs to go (a furlong is 200 mtrs...to those who didn't know!!), he is closing the gap at a rapid rate and could well be the new leader after this weekend. (fingers crossed HRH)

Stay tuned for a great finish.

Cheers

SPRING SPRUIKERS..UPDATE!!

jakman

The ensemble of competitors has nearly been set......in 2 weeks the draw will be announced, with fellow combatitants. Updates/Rules ...(a few slight adjustments will occur)...... nothing too drastic will happen!!!!.

Remember... if my eligibity impedes in any way shape or or form ...i shall withdraw my NOM.

I don't foresee this being an issue as i intend to uphold the virtue in which i have pre-planned this event....months in advance with an early cut off date to ensure a level and fair playing field.

Spring Spruikers.....hitting the stands of R&S shortly.

Cheers
Jakman
Well done to HRH yesterday for his treble and JAKMAN snagged a double also...with our multis going @rse up the results are in early.
