I'm not really interested in discussing the BTC Cup but the other races are competitive betting affairs.

I think I have spotted some value in a few races.

Race 3 Red Sphere and Blazing Hearts both 12/1
Race 4 Will take on Benfica in this and will have some small each way tickets on a few at big odds. Borehole, Playtime and Merryanna. (have a look at their form, you wouldn't believe their prices of 40/1+
Race 5 Crossthestart E/W all day at 7.50 and money back
Race 6 Will go each way on my mate Eqquisential and Alma's Fury both 15/1

Interested to hear thoughts on any value runners as going to the track and will have a look at them in the mounting yard

This is a tough race and the form is doing my head in. But i'm going to put my neck on the line and lay Crystal Lily. I think she is way way too short in a race of this type.

Interesting day with a number of good races.

I noted with interest that Military Rose has gone up at 17s. Surely on her best form she would beat these, but is there something wrong with that horse. I took the 17s as I thought it was overs.

Doncaster 2010

Hi all,

Was looking to discuss the upcoming doncaster. This year seems as open as ever and the markets suggest as much. I like a few things at much much longer odds each way(black piranha, wall street, to name a few)and am going to steer away of the 8's for rangi.

A number of punting friends have theories about the doncaster, with one liking wide barriers. Something I agree with, but I also like horses that get a strong 18-2000 as well as I think the randwick mile takes it out of them. Let me know what you think.
