Winning Trainer: Ciaron Maher & David Eustace (Eustace speaking)
On the horse's winning streak: "It's great to see, he's always been quite a talented horse who's probably had his quirks a little bit, but he's just in a beautiful rhythm now.
"He's taken to Cranbourne and Lucy and the team there have done a great in, first and foremost, he's sound, he's had a suspensory injury, but that's right clearly and he's just regaining a bit of confidence."
On today's run: "He got a lovely ride from Mark, he was patient, waited for the gap to come, and when he did full credit to the horse, he really dug in.
"I thought he showed an awful lot of fight, it wasn't handed on a platter at all today, he had horses coming at him for quite a long time and he kept finding.
"It's great for the owners, they've been patient and they're getting the rewards."
Does he run in the Australian Cup?: "For sure, why not? It's a lovely trial for the race, he's a gelding, he's fit and sound and in career best form, so he'll be racing for $3 million and we'll have a crack."
Winning Jockey: Mark Zahra
On replacing the injured Ethan Brown: "He's a good mate of mine Ethan. I went and saw him yesterday, so shocking to see him like that, but he's on the improve and he's done a great job with this (horse) all the way through and I was lucky enough to get the win today."
On Brown's pre-race advice: "I think he said, 'it's won that many in a row it's due to lose one for sure by now', but it worked out OK."
"Ciaron and Dave have done a great job with him, he's just kept on winning.
On the run today: "I had the right run and, I tell you what, Vow And Declare took a bit out of him. I was gassed by the line, but he's just a winner and that's what you want."
On whether he should go to an Australian Cup: "They were going along at a good clip and he had a solid horse in a former Melbourne Cup winner pretty much go head-and-head for about 300 metres and for him to pull away late it was a good effort and he's earnt his spot in an Australian Cup, 100 percent."
