Australian thoroughbred TAB meetings are today held at Newcastle, Warrnambool and Grafton.

GRAFTON: RACE 1 @ 1:55 PM

AITUTAKI (1) has been far from disgraced in town in his last two. Should be hitting her peak third up and this looks easier. Ready to get off the mark. SHEZ LETHAL (7) has been thereabouts in her three runs back. Fitter again and is drawn well. Main danger. THE RIDDLER (8) has caught the eye in his last two. Gets weight relief and is expected to be charging hard again over the concluding stages. BLING EMPIRE (2) went close to scoring on debut but is yet to follow it up. From a sharp stable and has Mallyon sticking. Right in this.
SELECTIONS: Aitutaki gets the nod.

BEAUMONT (NEWCASTLE): RACE 5 @ 4:05 PM

CORVALIST (1) consistent Capitalist gelding from the Lees camp resuming. Unlucky not to shed his maiden status last time in and since fitted with two quiet trials. Gets the right run and looks one of the genuine contenders. POINT OUT (9) much better effort at second career run when up in trip for an eye catching second over 1200m at Moruya. Gets the blinkers added today and will take holding out. GUSTAV (7) excellent debut over the 1100m when found the line late to secure second at Hawkesbury on March 9. Extra trip suits but wide gate will make it tough.
SELECTIONS: Corvalist to win.

WARRNAMBOOL: RACE 8 @ 4:30

PMSACRED EAGLE (5) was beaten under a length at Hamilton two back, finishing third, before an even run at Terang last time out. Comes to the home track here with Yendall booked to ride and that all looks very attractive. FEARGAL (9) doesn't win out of turn but the third placing at this track and trip two starts back reads well. He was beaten by Sir Atlas last time and that form is strong. PRINCESS TOSEN (7) won narrowly two back at Werribee and should be running on strongly at the end of this trip. PHILADELPHIA STORM (4) looks set to improve third up and would be right in this at his best.
SELECTIONS: Sacred Eagle to win.
