What a shame Pour Moi has been retired as a 3yo. This horse could have been anything and looked right on track for emulating Sea The Stars in taking the Arc.
There are so many great horses in Europe that his retirement won't affect the depth but should SYT go on to the Arc or any other great middle distance/staying race and win, we will have to temper our enthusiasm as he never met the likes of Pour Moi-surely one of the greatest 3yo's in history.

Without a doubt Makybe Diva will go down as a better mare. Her ability to win against group company from 1400m to 3200m makes her the No.1 mare in my books.
Sunline was good but couldn't beat Northerly and he was beaten by Freemason who wouldn't have got close to Makybe at any distance.
Thoughts anyone?
