Woodside Park has announced the 2022 fees for their five stallions with new addition Vancouver (Medaglia d'Oro) heading the roster at $15,400 (inc GST) while Delaware – a Group winning son of Frankel (Galileo) – will stand his first season at stud for $9,900 (inc GST).

Vancouver will stand in Victoria for the first time this year having stood the last six seasons at Coolmore's Hunter Valley farm.

Fellow new addition Delaware has raced 26 times for for wins and eight placings including victory in the Prix Daphnis (Gr 3, 1600m) at Deauville and the Prix Tourgeville (Listed, 1600m), also at Deauville, as a three-year-old. Transferred to the US, the son of Frankel won the Danger's Hour stakes (Listed, 8f) and also placed third in the Forbidden Apple Stakes (Gr 3, 8.5f) at Saratoga last July.

Delaware is out of the winning Oasis Dream (Green Desert) mare Zatsfine who has also produced the stakes winning filly Environs (Dansili). His second dam is Binche (Woodman), dam of multiple Grade 1 winner Proviso (Dansili) as well as the Group 2 winner and Group 1 placed gelding Finche (Frankel).

"The support the stallions received last season was extremely promising, with each covering quality books of mares in the first season under Eddie Hirsch's ownership," said Woodside Park Stud's Mark Dodemaide.

"We've added a further two stallions to the roster this year in what is set to be a very exciting season for all at the farm. We all know the deeds of Group 1 Golden Slipper winners at stud, and Vancouver brings not only victory in the world's richest juvenile race, but also an exceptional pedigree.

"To add a fast son of what could potentially be one of the greatest sires we've seen, Delaware has all the attributes that we feel will suit the local broodmare population."

Foxwedge (Fastnet Rock) will stand for an unchanged fee of $11,000 (inc GST) and the roster is completed by Rich Enuff (Written Tycoon) and Tosen Stardom (Deep Impact) who will stand for $8,800 (inc GST) and $7,700 (inc GST) respectively, also unchanged from 2021.
